Made a call at almost midnight, and was answered almost immediately with politeness and friendliness. The gentleman was able to come take a look at the problem within half an hour of me ending the call. I was expecting him to be moody due to being woken up and called out so late, however he was very helpful and friendly. The issue needed new parts and he assured me he’d be back in the morning. I was sent multiple photos of the parts I needed and asked which I preferred to go with the look of my bathroom. He came back in the morning and did the job very quickly. I’m very happy with MOS Plumbing services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help.
