I worked with Sophia on a custom engagement ring. We started in mid November, and it was perfectly executed. I was involved in the design/wax molding, along with pricing specific gems and a personalized diamond selection process. Sophia went way above and beyond to match my design I brought in, and I can’t thank them enough for making my dream come true. They even had a few suggestions for changes and explained why or how we can fit those changes in the ring (such as natural emeralds). Every step of the process went smooth, and I had constant communication every week, and everyday during the final week before delivery. Thank you to Sophia and her team. I HIGHLY recommend you use her for any custom pieces.

My family has been relying on Morgan's Jewelers for generations, and they never disappoint. A few years ago there was an issue with an item we purchased but Morgan's remedied the matter and extended the warranty. The watch has worked great since! I highly recommend them.

Patrick is a very reliable person who deals with each customer and keeps his promises to us. He is friendly and speaks a little Japanese, which makes us Japanese feel at ease. I always pay attention to Google Maps reviews, but the people who gave this place a 1-star review seem to be from a long time ago. Patrick is one of the new members, so I think they have changed in a great way :-)

Sophia is the best! She's extremely knowledgeable and able to really build whatever you want! I couldn't recommend this place more. We checked a couple places but this was easily the best!!

This is our favorite local jewelry store and we are now regular customers. Their salespeople are no pressure and very knowledgeable. The selections changes often and they always have new lines and pieces available. If you are looking for a watch they offer a selection of used Rolex and high end watches.. if you are going into a pre owned watch a trusted source like Morgan who knows quality is critical. We recently needed two custom gold links added to an absolutely stunning bracelet and their work was flawless.. impossible to tell the links they hand crafted from the original. Patrick was very helpful and is great at reading your taste and showing you pieces that you will love. The main problem here is they have so many beautiful things and such great quality it can be hard to make a choice.. but there is always another birthday, anniversary, or holiday coming down the line. If you want quality, knowledge, personal service, and no hard sell or junk do yourself a favor and come to Morgan's first... we have been to every mall store and everywhere else.. and now we just skip the runaround and go here.

They were patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

The jewelers were able to resize and polish my fiancée's engagement ring that was a half size too big. We relaxed in the chairs while we waited and were offered sparkling water to drink by the sales team. The ring was finished within 20 minutes and it looked even better than the day I bought it! Morgan's Jewelers gave us fantastic, quick, and attentive service! We will be back for future repairs and custom jewelry needs!

Was shopping for a Rolex, and after calling most of the dealers in town I knew I had to visit Morgan's in Torrance. Although it was over an hour away, Thess was the person I knew I wanted to work with. She was extremely nice, professional & helpful from our phone call all the way until we finished our transaction. Ended up getting a beautiful two-tone Datejust for a very special Mother's day gift. All in all, couldn't be happier with the service and attention I received at Morgan's. Greetings jewelers! Reviews can come in all shapes & sizes but this one will be explicit. Really had a fantabulous experience with Morgan’s associate by the name of Thess. She was exemplary helpful, friendly, humorous & well versed with their company’s premium inventories. Thess had made me pretty comfy with my buying experience considering it was a Rolex I was diving on! The level of care any customers would look for is something that Thess personally possesses. And listen to this… really mind blowing! The owner himself, Russ, was there & provided me a tete-a-tete assistance assuring I was well taken care of. Had an awesome experience buying my milestone timepiece from Morgan's Jewelers, even with how difficult it is to get this piece due to its rarity. Russ really came through and made it happen.
