Morelli Concrete

Morelli concrete did a very large exposed aggregate driveway for us this spring. It was a difficult project requiring engineering with a curb and drain added. They did a fantastic job and everyone that sees it says it's beautiful! Hire the best. Bruno and Pete have a phenomenal team of local men that are professional experts and work like a well oiled machine. They communicate with you every step of the way, clean up perfectly, and are always open to your ideas.

The installation at the time went fine, and they even fixed a broken drain beneath the driveway, which I appreciated. However, only a year after installation, a large section (middle section in picture) of the concrete driveway is chipping away (spalling) and it is discolored as seen in the first picture. I could live with the discoloration, but the spalling looks bad. The reason has to be a bad concrete mixture on this section of the driveway. This section was done on the second day. Morelli came to the house to view the damage once, but since then they are not returning my calls for help to fix it. They don't seem to stand behind their work. It's very disappointing, so I can't recommend them.
