Very thorough and personable, the technicians did a great inspection job for our future home. They took their time to go through all areas and make sure of detecting any issues in every area of the house we were purchasing. Their report is very extensive and with shows attention to details that made it safe for us to make decisions when it came to do or not request for repairs. Very methodic, informative and patient people to work with, they took time to let us know their observations, right after the inspection was done, and share their recommendations with us, so we could ask questions and get immediate answers, like which actions to take and what products are best for the mitigation of some of the issues and which ones are not good options and why. Some agents don’t like to use it because it gives you a detailed information of the inspection findings but hey! You are buying the biggest investment of your life and it’s best to know everything about it so you know what you are getting into.
