Was told this guy (Marcos) is the best and that he won't miss a beat. False. He absolutely sucks. He missed enough items on an inspection that I emailed him, called him, and left him voicemails, requesting immediate callbacks. Nothing. Don't use him unless you want to get ripped off and regret it (he will miss multiple items that will end of costing you heavily). I say again for all the soon to be homeowners out there, choose anyone but Morales Home Inspections!

Knowing this company via my agent recommendation. It turned out they missed leaking kitchen sink and bathroom floor leaking with less than 2 weeks moving in. To New homeowners, you put so much money for your future home and there are a lot inspection companies do better than this company. Be careful. Tried to call them and email no response but promises which never do. To this owner, you take customers money and we trust you for our future home, please do it your best and take responsibilities on your mistakes not blaming customers:)). I dont know if you can sleep well at night while your customers suffering about your work. This business is terrible.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ARTIST AS YOUR HOME INSPECTOR! Purchased a home and was told by realtor and broker that Marcos is "the best in thr business." He is the best at not doing thorough inspections and missing major items in "PLAIN SIGHT." Informed Francisco (broker) of issues and was told to call Marcos to have this figured out. This guy doesn't answer his phone nor return messages. He missed several MAJOR items on the home inspection (shows he did a half assed job, at best) -Claimed there is no exhaust tor dryer (there is, all he had to do was run the dryer and it would have been obvious) -Claimed that the upstairs loft areas were 100% (he never mentioned major holes in ventilation ducts in the lofts, or debris, or major repairs to walls in thr loft areas (again, had he checked them, would have been VERY obvious) -didn't notice a bit of thr foundation exterior to a sliding glass door was deteriorating (again, very obvious) Just a couple major items he never mentioned- straight up didn't look. and then DEMANDS cash on sight for inspection. Have purchased several properties in my time and I have always received a bill through the mail. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM ARTIST AS YOUR HOME INSPECTION! He still has to yet to return my calls about everything he messed up and missed.

Ordering a home inspection starts by calling their front desk. Marco and his team always answer the phone or late night messages in a warm tone. They're ready to help in any capacity. My team and I have used Morales Inspections for many years and can't recommend them enough! We constantly have clients needing general inspections, sewer inspections, and even mold tests. Very thorough and personable, the technicians did a great inspection job for our future home. They took their time to go through all areas and make sure of detecting any issues in every area of the house we were purchasing. Their report is very extensive and with shows attention to details that made it safe for us to make decisions when it came to do or not request for repairs. Very methodic, informative and patient people to work with, they took time to let us know their observations, right after the inspection was done, and share their recommendations with us, so we could ask questions and get immediate answers, like which actions to take and what products are best for the mitigation of some of the issues and which ones are not good options and why. James came out and inspected a home that we were in Escrow. He was so nice and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions and curiosity. He never got overly technical. As first time home buyers he put us at ease and made the process fun and less stressful. Most of my clients have selected Morales inspection company since 2014. Marco has a lot of experience inspecting homes and finding what matters. Some agents don’t like to use it because it gives you a detailed information of the inspection findings but hey! You are buying the biggest investment of your life and it’s best to know everything about it so you know what you are getting into. All the homes will have issues the main thing is to find any major problems with the home and Marco sure will find them. If you want to get a great home inspection then Marco is your guy!
