Moore's Towing

My experience with Moore’s Towing was SUPERB. They were able to schedule me right away and showed up on time! David was determined to get my shed exactly where I wanted it and assured me he would not leave me hanging! He made it happen, and the charge for his service was beyond reasonable. I would highly recommend Moore’s Towing to anyone. We are lucky to have them right here on James Island!

Extremely disappointing service. Last night I called around 8:30 for a tow for out of a slope. The person on the phone told me they’d be there in 30 minutes. I said that’s good with me. 45 minutes had passed and no tow. I called again and the person said he had two cars he was dropping off and it would be another 45 minutes. I was taken aback, but I said ok see you in 45 minutes. Over an hour passed and still no driver. I called again to check the eta on my tow. STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I tried calling again five minutes after. No answer, but this time it went straight to voicemail after one ring. That means they hung up the phone. I waited a little longer hoping the tow would come, but after over two hours of waiting I had to call another company to get me. If you were unable to complete the service, I would completely understand, but at the very least let ME know that you were unable to come anymore. Overall, disappointing service, lying about arrival time, and straight up just ghosting me. This was just terrible and highly advise any one else not to hire this company for emergency tow services!

Cody, David & Jason were amazing to me!! My truck was at Tire Choice on James Island with a flat. They said they would fix it but did not and refused to put air in my tire so I could take it to another shop!! I called Cody and he was so kind and empathetic in my state of panic. He called David the owner and he sent out Jason who was timely, kind and helpful. They turned my day around & I will be recommending and using them . Thank you again for turning my day around!!!

I had to have my car towed to a repair shop recently and Cody and Matthew made this such an easy, simple process! They were extremely accommodating, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs. I will definitely be using them again!!!

Thank you to Moore's Towing, specifically Cody, for helping my mom and me out of what seem liked an impossible situation in one of downtown Charleston's smallest parking garages. After waiting for hours, Cody arrived determined and ended up physically pushing our stalled vehicle down three floors...all with a broken toe! Thank you, Cody, and thank you Moore's for having people like him on your team.

Moore’s was sent out by our insurance company as my car wouldn’t start. They were able to get my car started so I was able to drive it to the auto shop. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable driver.

I was having a difficult time finding a tow on short notice but thankfully Moore’s Towing was able to help me out. From the initial call to drop off, it couldn’t have been more than an hour and a half total time to take care of my car. It was a wonderful experience overall and they offered excellent customer service while I was under a lot of stress. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Charleston area!

These guys Rock! Responsive, Fast and Respectful. Jason does quick work is super professional, even when I locked my keys in my car on a rainy evening he did it all with a great customer service! Will absolutely be referring my people to them Highly recommend this business! 10/10

Great guy. He got to us in no time and was very friendly and made a flat tire on a rough day a whole lot easier. If I ever need a tow in Charleston South Carolina, he’s my first call.

We rented a car from the Charleston airport. It was a piece of junk. We would drive it. I called the rental company and they sent us Moore Towing service. David was awesome. I’d recommend them if you have a breakdown in the Charleston area call Moore’s Towing. He is very friendly, nice and kept the conversation going.
