Nate was willing and able to go above and beyond when I needed a new heat pump to replace my furnace and another item. He is great with communication and was willing to discuss my needs at length and make changes as I came up with them after telling me the pros and cons for each choice. I am more than thrilled with our new Mr Cool Hyper Heat unit and hope to work with Nate again in the future.
