There are many competing companies in the same business as Monty’s Locksmith Automotive Specialists (“Monty’s”). We went with Monty’s due to recommendations from CAA and our vehicle mechanic as we do not make decisions based on costs alone, as we value reputational quality. In retrospect, we are really glad that we went with Monty’s.
Unfortunately, we recently had an issue with our key fob provided by Monty’s. At the outset, it is important to note that there is no guarantee that any products for any purposes will operate continually at one-hundred percent for the entire extent of the product warranty period, whatever the warranty period specified. More importantly, and unfortunately at times, there are early-state product failures (“failures”), which happened in our case. It also should be recognized that no company including Monty’s can predict or control failures with one-hundred percent certainty as if Monty’s could there would be no failures as failures potentially cost Monty’s money immediately and most importantly, they could potentially negatively impact Monty’s customer relationships and long-term revenue streams. In that regard, a key measure for customers is assessing Monty’s customer relationship commitment insofar as how Monty’s reacted to the failure.
In all our many years dealing with customer service issues on many products with many companies, whereby their products failed, Monty’s has by far the very best customer service of any company that we ever dealt with. Monty’s Management Team dealt with the issue immediately by intently listening to our concerns and made it right, far exceeding our expectations.
No wonder why Monty’s gets a five-star rating! Going forward, Monty’s is the only company providing these services that we will ever use ourself and recommend to our family and friends.
