Montgomery Towing

I received road side assistance today 12/15/22. They were responsive and didn’t take long to come, however it’s very pricey. I had one tire and needed assistance to put on a spare (I already had a spare on me) and the location was in the same city so it wasn’t far for the employee to come to my house. I paid $132 for the service. In my opinion is extremely EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE just to put on a spare tire. But due to my limited options I had no other choice.I feel like I was taken advantage of. The service was okay but I would suggest shop around first.

OMG!! My man was like I be right there! Most just say that but he was like lighting! I am A busy man running a company and needed someone like now! My insurance company said 1 hour and I was like hell no! Got a referral from a friend and called JOSE. Not only did he arrive early but was a pleasure being with. Had the chance ride with him to the mechanic where my truck was being dropped off. The whole ride was tons of fun and the A/C was cold. Perfect since it was like 90+ degree today. He’s a family man and works hard for them. I respect Him and his business. He runs it super well. So glad he came to help me today.

Cannot speak HIGHLY enough about the AMAZING and PROFESSIONAL service we received from Montgomery Towing! Came within 30 minutes of us calling, knew exactly how to safely handle our electric vehicle, and was the pinnacle of professionalism all the way through! Price was absolutely reasonable especially considering they did all of that in the pouring rain! Cannot recommend them highly enough for your towing needs. Will use their service again without hesitation!

This is a very professional, trustworthy gentleman who runs this service. I gave him the address to pick up and drop off my car and he showed up within 20 minutes and dropped it off at the repair shop without taking a detour. He's kind and I would say affordable. I wouldn't trust anyone else after this experience. He towed my car twice, each time, it was a pleasant experience eventhough I was upset my car needed more work. I was relieved to know my car was in good hands. I would give him 10 stars if possible!

Joe responds, arrives, and works with an unbeatable speed and professionalism, yet takes his time to explain situations and pricing. Despite my being unfamiliar with the weight of my vehicle, I was not upcharged for a tow. He was also willing to come out the next day and waited patiently while a store struggled with a defunct battery return, and was able to deal with the battery being stuck behind some stubborn hardware. Through all this, Joe was very personable; he stakes his business on his reputation rather than preying on people in a desperate bind who need to move a big hunk of metal. Towing and related on-demand services are not cheap, but regardless of the pricing I will be choosing Montgomery Towing every time.

Great service. Does what he needs to do. He is very kind and understanding of the situation and is willing to help as much as possible. Since i had an issue with using a car rental. He stayed until he knew that the car fully turned on and drove. Great guy and would recommend his services👍

Thanks to, Montgomery Towing for coming out so quickly. My car battery died as I was picking up my children from school. The driver was pleasant and understanding. He was also able to beat another company's price and made it to me before the estimated time of arrival. I highly recommend them.

Fast, reliable, reasonable, friendly and just over all great customer service!!!
