Perfect! The roads beyond the main route to Petra can be bumpy, so I am very happy that I took the full insurance. No problems whatsoever so ever, so much happier then using the other airport located companies. I was picked up and dropped off at the airport very quickly, communicating by WhatsApp. Jordan was amazing, and was even more of an adventure being able to drive around freely.

Monte Carlo staff were very active on WhatsApp and clear comms all the way. Picked us from the Airport as we exited after customs. And took to the office which was a 5 minute drive. Formalities took less than 20 minutes and off we went. Returned the to the office 5 days later at an agreed time and the Van to take us to the airport was started and ready. A staff member had a look at the car and confirmed it’s in one piece haha. Then off we went to the airport which was a 5 minute drive again. We took the extra insurance at pick up to avoid any unwanted hassle as once you take it everything is covered. Peace of mind more than anything as a foreign country could be tricky to navigate. But had no issues driving in Jordan. No tolls.. However, you will pass a million road bumps and will get stopped many times by the police.

Very good and fair service. Rented a car for one week in the early January, drove Jordan up and down and had no problem whatsoever. Bought the fullest insurance possible for every case. Now what a day that was, super friendly and everything was smooth sailing. No problems with the car whatsoever. Rented for 4 days, able to handle tough hills in wadi musa. Route was petra, wadi rum and Dead Sea. Handled the bends well.

Very good rental company. We got upgraded and got Hyundai Elantra instead of i20. No issues at all. However it would be more convenient to receive full tank instead of empty, but the gas station was nearby so no problem. Also we were offered additional insurance on top of already purchased SCDW that we found too expensive, so we refused it. It would be nice to have it already included in SCDW as the price was not the lowest.

I rented a car for 10 days and had a great experience. I drove all over Amman and around Jordan with no issues at all. The car was reliable, clean, and perfect for getting around both the city and longer drives. Pickup and drop off at the airport were very smooth and fast, which made the whole process stress free. The staff was professional and efficient, and everything was exactly as promised. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Jordan.
