MONTCLAIR LIMO SERVICE

I’ve been a loyal customer of Parsippany Limo Service (charge appears as Montclair Limo but all the same contact info) for five consecutive years, always tipping generously and trusting them with my airport rides. Despite my loyalty and a 20% tip, I was literally charged DOUBLE on my most recent ride. I informed the driver that we were running 15 minutes late. He looked me in the eyes and with a smile, assured me it was "no problem". Yet, at the airport, I was handed a bill with no explanation, no itemized breakdown, nothing. When I called to resolve the issue, the company refused to clarify the charge, then sent a $10 “we apologize for the accidental extra charge” text (image attached). Which is it- “accidental” or a waiting fee? Their explanation kept changing, they ignored my follow-up calls and texts, and made zero effort to make this right. After five years of consistent business, generous tips, and trust, this is how they treat a loyal customer- with deception, evasion, and disrespect. This company shows no professionalism, transparency, or accountability. This company would rather have me dispute the claim with my credit card company, leave this review, and file a complaint to the NJDCA than to make things right with a loyal customer. WILD. If you value your money and your loyalty, do not use this service. I'll be using Uber next year, lol.

We came across Montclair Limo Service while searching for a car service that provides a car seat, and we can’t recommend them enough! They were quick to respond to my inquiry, are great communicators, and are very accommodating. Caesar was our driver for both our departure and arrival, and he was punctual, very friendly, and most importantly, a good driver! He even remembered a doll my daughter was holding on our way to the airport and asked about it on our trip home (making sure we hadn’t forgotten it). The car was also spotless and comfortable. We’ll definitely be using them again!

My family used Montclair Limo Service to and from Newark Airport, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a wonderful job of communicating with us to keep us up to date of our driver’s status. The drivers were extremely professional, the cars were kept in immaculate condition, and the drivers were very punctual. In addition, it is extremely helpful that they offer child car seat options so that we didn’t have to haul additional items with us on our trip. They helped ensure our vacation went off without a hitch! Additionally, they made sure that our arrival home was as stress free as possible. They proactively monitored our flight status (since the flight was delayed), adapted accordingly and kept in communication with us. We will definitely use this service again for any future trips.

I have used Montclair Limo Service a number of times to travel to Newark airport. We always have a wonderful experience. The driver's are always punctual and very polite. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

Montclair Limo has the best drivers ... professional, kind, courteous and very responsible. I have been using them for trips back and forth from NJ to NY and for airport departures and pick ups and they never disappoint ... they are always reliable and on time - especially airport pick ups ! They are the best.

Just recently moved to Montclair and this was my first experience with Montclair Limo. The experience was A+! The driver couldn’t have been nicer. He met us at baggage claim and took care of our five pieces of luggage and as super kind and gentle with my 85 year mother in a wheelchair. He parked at the curb for an added consideration to us. Just exceptional service. I will definitely call on them again in the future and will highly recommend to my family and friends. Thank you, thank you!

A beautiful, comfortable and spotless car, a professional and excellent driver who arrived early — our trip in and out of NY on Sunday couldn’t have been better. The advance arrangements were made smoothly and reassured me that they were on top of things. As they surely were. I highly recommend Montclair Limo and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I’ve been traveling for business and pleasure for over 40 years and used multiple car service companies and not one comes even close to the superb customer service and experience that Montclair Limo Service provides. From booking to your destination they keep you informed. They’re always on time with clean modern vehicles and excellent drivers. I don’t recommend many service companies but if you’re requiring a ride to the airport or someplace else, Montclair Limo Service should be your choice every time
