Montana Center for Implants and Dentures

Ive officially begun my journey of getting my dentures. My first measurements were off which I feel was my fault 😔. My dentist is off to make me a new set of immediates! Tuesday is another fitting. I was assured it is a process and they will keep working at it in getting a good fitting for my immediate (temporaries). I am so grateful for the assurance they are committed in getting everything just right so I will have my beautiful 😁. That was invaluable. They are very skilled, caring and professional. The staff was great in assuring me it is a process and not over yet! Looking forward to Tuesday!

Oh my goodness where do i begin? Immediately i felt cared for....I felt important, all my questions answered....it felt like family helping take care of me!!!! It was truly a blessing i found my way to MDI !!! Just on a consultation almost 2 hours were spent with me talking over everything!!! Thank you you DR. Muir, Joy and of course Baily!!!! You all were amazing!!!!!

Went today for my consultation with Dr. Muir; incredible staff, from Bailey at the front desk to Linda who was excellent at explaining my options and going over procedures in detail. Then Dr. Muir came in and gave me time to ask questions, taking his time to address any concerns I might have….if you have to go….this is the place!!

Back again, this time for an emergency repair of an incisor crown that got knocked out. They got me in immediately and got an implant installed in a matter of hours. The entire staff is so skilled and supportive. I have been through a number of these procedures so I love how they respect my experience and we can always arrive at consensus for the best treatment for the optimal outcome.

Hard to put into words or begin to describe the compassion and overwhelming feeling you get here. From the consultation to the time you walk out with a new invigorating noticeably happy smile. The staff is extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Townsend is phenomenal and passionate. Thank you for the opportunity to meet great team. My experience will be unforgettable!

My first denture before my final was good. But my final i was not impressed with. I haven't been able to eat with them at all n they was big and bulky. And I don't think I had a year and they cracked. They get me in n give me another denture n they the worst ever I look like I have major buck teeth. I express how unhappy ive been with with results so they offer to make a new 1 charging my insurance AGAIN plus having me come out of pocket!! So I guess no warranty on their product and im expected to just be happy with what they give me n like it. Ive seen many many people, co workers and friends and their dentures look amazing and when I express this its my mouth why the dentures get bigger and bigger and why I can't eat with them. Now im in fear for these next ones as the past has been a disaster!! I would think with the technology they could fix the wrongs. The workers was great but this last appointment the Dr was rude n just gave me the impression I get what I get and don't stand behind his work. Ive express to many people I come across who ask me who they could see for dentures and I tell them anyone but Montana center for implants and Dentures. Wish I had went to Turly or Westpark Denture as because ive seen their work and heard great things. My time and the money spent has been a TOTAL waste and now im stuck with what I get unless I want to come thousands out of pocket again!! DO NOT INVEST HERE!!

The staff are friendly, with patient comfort a high priority. Dr. Townsen was able to complete the dental implant procedure in a single visit. Would highly recommend Montana Center for Implants and Dentures.

I found the doctor, Dr Josh Muir, to be very helpful in explaining the different procedures he will be preforming to get my teeth back in good condition. I have seizures and drop attacks so I've broken several of my molars of my lower jaw. His staff members were particularly polite and informative about the steps that they will take over a period of months to aide Dr Muir and myself so that there is a positive result. Bailey at the front desk went through each step on paper with approximate dollar figures. She even contacted my insurance companies for the estimated coverages of each procedure.

All of the staff were very friendly and accepting. No judgement was passed and they genuinely made me and m6 wife feel like they had seen it all and nothing was going to surprise them. They did not at any point they to steer or lead either one of us in a direction they thought was better, but they did make sure we.eaxh understood our own unique situations.

Absolutely amazing experience!! I've been to several different places and none compares to the treatment, kindness and professionalism they gave. Anyone needing work to be done I can't recommend them enough!!
