Monster Grass was the only company to promptly respond to me in Miami. I wanted to put grass squares in my pavers. Other contractors said it was impossible, but Monster Grass did it the way I asked for, timely and professionally too. I would highly recommend them for your next project.

I hired these guys to fix a turf job another company did. When the sales man Alex came through he made all sorts of promises and said fixing the issues at hand EX:"weed barrier, elevation and draining issues" will be a piece of cake and will take no more then 1 day to complete, Typical salesman will say anything to get money out of your pockets. My backyard now has extreme flooding issues due to the PVC pipe angled UP instead of Down so all the water is coming back up instead of leaving the backyard. Of course at this point they are paid in full so talking to them at this point is like talking to a wall. I explain to Alex everything he acted like a total Toddler and said the party has ended there is no warranty tough luck, you'r on your own. I called the owner Fermin complained about Alex, Fermin was a gentleman he send over Kirk another gentleman to deal with but there not installers. They did send there installers to try & fix the drain issue The problem is there installers aren't experienced to install drains. they all said if our installer can't fix it, it is what it is we are not coming back. I have never dealt with a company where they take on a job and when things aren't put together properly and you call them out on it they freak out and bail on you. I looked at there IG they have a whole marketing post about flood in Florida yet they couldn't even fix my issue. If I can reverse time I would have never hired them. If you do hire them after reading this GOOD LUCK to you pray to G-D and steer clear of there TODDLER salesman who will 100% bail on you if you call him out on bad work.

Edwin and the entire team at Monster Grass are the best in the business. A couple of months ago when I was contemplating installing artificial turf around our new pool and driveway I spotted a Monster Grass truck nearby and snapped a photo. Fast forward to early May. I called and spoke with Jesabel. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Edwin came by the next day for an in-person estimate. I explained that I was in a bind and was hoping to get this grass installed before my son's holy communion, which was in 2 weeks. Edwin promised to look at his schedule to see if they could make it happen. Happen they did! As the catering truck rolled in. Edwin's team rolled out. It was perfection from start to finish. Their work is second to none, but finding folks who keep their word is almost impossible these days. We took a chance on Monster Grass and couldn't be happier!
