Nit is very great at communicating availability throughout the scheduling process. She requested if there were any areas that I was focusing on before my marathon next week. There sports massage was thorough and comprehensive. The right amount of pressure was applied during the whole massage. Definitely recommending to family and friends. Thanks for the tea too. STOP looking now you have found the diamond in the rough. I met the best of the best, the talented epitome of Thai wellness and massage today at the Shine Talay Thai Massage and Wellness Spa. Nit (Nittay) is a one person show as the spas owner, only employee, and clean up crew. She obviously isn't afraid of doing the work to achieve her dreams. Nit was trained in her home country of Thailand in the art of Thai Massage. For those who don't know...Thai or at least real Thai Massage is a real workout for the masseuse. This isn't a light touch rub down this is popping knots and adhesions free using elbows, knees, feet, and at times brute force with both of you possibly breaking a sweat and some tears. In all honesty my treatment led to a few winces (no tears Im tough)as she broke apart the seasoned knots in my muscles and skillfully realigned my body through a multitude of expertly initiated yoga like stretches that seemed to reset all the years of neglect and abuse I bestowed on my poor body. Before this appointment I spent the last 3 years with chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain, then within a mere 90 minute appointment Nit had my pain level from an 8 to a 2 with 300% improved range of motion. Please understand Nit may be almost 5ft tall and she might weigh100 lbs. but I promise when she works her magical skillset on you it will be like nothing you have ever been through (AMAZING). You will wonder if she has someone back there helping when you feel the strength of this petite master of her craft. I did note that she is registered and licensed through the State of Texas as she has her qualifications proudly and tastefully displayed in her treatment area. The place is super clean but somehow still maintains that comfort home relaxing ambiance with her music and low lights. This is the stuff only a person that takes pride in their work can pull off effortlessly. You will find clean linens, cheerful disposition ( she is from the land of SMILES) and she makes you feel as though you are the only person in the world to her as you will have her undivided attention... from the moment you walk in till you begrudgingly walk out. Nit understands and speaks perfect English 👌 yet, she also has an intuitive nature as she found areas on me that I didn't realize were in need of work as they were hindering my range of motion. I am so glad to have found this talented little dynamo (sorry, this sweet lady). I plan on visiting her every two weeks as my body feels so much more stress/pain free and relaxed. Please give her a try...you won't regret it as she is a true professional and talented beyond words. One of the true diamonds in a world of coal dust and broken glass pieces.

My wife and I travel the world far outside of my military fun, and I get massages for pain management everywhere. I’m 55, and I’ve been getting professional massages for over 20 years. Natalya is the BEST EVER. No really if you want to stay healthy, relax AND recover book her. I’m hoping she have me every 2 weeks until the sun burns out :)
