I had not been sleeping for weeks worrying about getting everything done to get a house ready to move. I called Monarch and Melissa. She can out and met with my husband and me. Immediately, I felt better. Melissa explained her services and what her team would do. They came in and took care of EVERYTHING. We felt comfortable enough in Melissa and her team to leave everything up to her. I have to thank Monarch for taking care of our home and Estate Sale!

I can’t say enough good things about Melisa and her team. An estate sale was not something that was on my bucket list until after my mom passed. Melisa worked very hard and getting things arranged and looking good before the sale. I didn’t have to lift a finger and it went way better than I could’ve ever imagined. She was very compassionate and caring especially with all my mom‘s old things. I highly recommend this company. You won’t regret it!

Melissa and her team are amazing!!!! They took charge and we did not have to worry about anything!!!! She communicated with us throughout the entire process and was extremely patient with our questions and concerns. She was prompt for our meetings and really cared about our belongings.. if you are in need of an estate sale professional, I couldn't recommend Monarch any higher.

There was some definite discrepancy on the prices that were placed on my items. I didn’t think it was fair that I was forbidden to come on my property after the sale started. I would have made three times as much money had I sold my items on Marketplace. I never received an itemized list of the items sold and how much they were sold for. Estate sales are for the dead and the lazy. Make sure you are not either one before hiring Monarch. The only reason I gave them 1 star was for the helpers, they were quite nice.
