Joe did a home inspection on a property we wish to purchase and his report was very thorough. Excellent Home Inspection Service! We had a fantastic experience with Monaco Home Inspections for our home inspection. They were incredibly responsive and able to schedule our inspection on short notice, which was a huge relief. We especially appreciated their flexibility in coming back to inspect an area that was initially inaccessible, and they did so for a very reasonable fee. Joseph, our inspector, was exceptionally thorough. He provided a detailed in-person walkthrough at the end of the inspection, clearly explaining all the major findings. The inspection report itself was outstanding: incredibly detailed, well-organized, and immensely helpful in understanding the property and identifying any potential red flags. Receiving an online and pdf version of the report so quickly was also a huge plus. Considering the high quality and care put into the inspection and the report, their rates were incredibly reasonable. highly recommend this company for anyone needing a reliable and comprehensive home inspection. Update: The Recall Check that Monaco includes in their inspection has already proven to pay for the cost of the inspection and then some! Our dishwasher had a recall notice flagged. It turned out the recall was due to a fire risk resulting from a faulty circuit board. I we didn't have the recall report we would be living in a house with a dishwasher that could catch fire at any moment. We now have a repaired dishwasher, free of charge, and can rest a bit easier. The out of pocket repair expenses would have been $1,350!

I like to deal with small owned business and Joseph is a knowledgeable pleasant man that takes his job seriously. He did above and beyond inspection on the home of choice and explained findings thoroughly. He delivered report on time and fee charged was on target as stated. Mr. Joseph Doxie inspected a commercial property for us. He did a careful and thorough job. He was also accommodating when, the first time he came to do the inspection, it wasn't possible to get the work done due to an issue on the seller's side. So, Mr. Doxie came back a second time! We appreciated his expert knowledge and work.

The found a slab leak that other inspectors couldn't find. Helped me save thousands of dollars on a rental home - I would've spent so much time and money chasing down the issue with renters in the house. Thank goodness we found the issue and was able to not walk into a deal with a problematic house.
