A very nice experience from start to finish! I felt Ashley was very knowledgeable in her evaluation. The office is a warm and inviting atmosphere! It’s been a great experience and so glad to have chosen Momentum! My new hearing aids have improved my hearing and I am so happy to not be missing out on conversations!!

For me, she opened up a whole new world of sounds that I never knew existed. I spent my lifetime struggling to communicate and makes sense of what people were trying to say . Just to be able to know and hear sounds of water rushing through a creek or the sounds of birds and even the simple things like hearing a deer snort are just the beginning of sounds the hearing devices have opened up for me. Getting my hearing loss corrected has given me an opportunity to remain in a career that I have loved so dearly. When I found out I needed hearing aids , I searched the various companies that excepts my insurance . Reviews for Momentum were very positive so I decided to make an appointment with them . My experiences with them , Ashley in particular , have been great . She has had me try various aids and wants to make sure that I get the features that I want . I have never felt pressured to purchase hearing aids that I wasn't sure about . As an update , I stand by my previous remarks . Also , Ashley has been incredibly helpful in fine tuning my hearing aids with the issues I've had . Everyone in this company that I have had contact with are all so pleasant , helpful , and accommodating . Thank you !

My receiver was damaged and separated from the hearing aid. Momentum stepped in and provided a new receiver. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them for your hearing aid solutions.

Only had 1 visit and a hearing test. The hearing specialist, explained that the 2 yr old aids through our insurance, are not quite as good as some others we could get through an enhanced plan. We liked her very much..she explained far more than his past 2 audiologists and we are going to continue to see if her solution is better than former 3 pairs. .

Ashley cleaned and replaced some components of my hearing aids today. She was very thorough and professional.She tested and made adjustments as needed.

The associate was exemplary it all aspects of the service I had testing that I didn't have before even though it was the same company I can't speak highly enough of the individuals at this location highly recommend God bless you all for everything you do.
