Mike and crew are great from beginning to end. Mike spent so much time ensuring we understood everything, the scope of the job and then helped us design and pick all our options - we ended up with the most beautiful kitchen I’ve ever had and a custom front closet! Moltus even writes up a day-by-day schedule, which I don’t think a lot of companies do (if any) and we were done the day they said we’d be done - also generally a rarity among contractors. Everyone from Mike to Nick to Frank at Atlas was so easy to work with. For an industry that can suffer from bad publicity, Moltus will win you over and gain your trust. We’re already having them back to do another job in early 2026.

We recently completed our main floor renovations which included kitchen, powder room, laundry room, hallway, lighting and tiling throughout. We chose Moltus Construction because they were they most knowledgeable and detailed of all the contractors that we spoke with. Mike presented us with a comprehensive 7 week schedule and stuck to it, even when an issue out of their control forced them to work well into the night. We were pleasantly surprised when the project was completed on time. Mike, Nick, and their crew did an excellent job and worked with us so that we didn’t have to move out of our home while the work was being done. They planned the tiling work so that we always had a path to our second floor. They were very patient and had good suggestions from their wealth of experience. Mike has an eye for detail and forward thinking which gave us peace of mind that the final outcome was what we had envisioned. They kept us in constant communications so that we knew what to expect for the day. In the end, Moltus Construction left us with a beautiful and clean home and completed on time. We would definitely trust Mike and his crew to do any future work and we have already recommended them to our neighbor and friends.

From the first time we met with Mike from Moltus we were very impressed. He took the time to explain ideas in detail and had great design sense. Prior to beginning the project, he spent the time accompanying us to select appropriate materials. The quote was competitive and the team remained on budget and were reasonable with any changes we wanted. We were provided with a timeline prior to beginning the project and the work was completed on schedule. The contractors were all experts in their specialized areas and their work was top quality. My mother-in-law had been very reluctant to renovate her home for a long time. Thankfully, she met Mike from Moltus Construction. She could not be more pleased with their work. She ended up renovating her entire house, including a brand new kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms. Mike and his entire team were incredibly professional, efficient, and most of all, fair! Mike devoted so much time and attention to ensure that all of my in-law's questions were answered and he even took the time to bring them to pick out all of their new materials. Mike listened to their concerns and gave multiple options, he never rushed them into making important decisions. Moltus Construction was an amazing company to deal with at the onset of our project. Mike was extremely organized while preparing the schedule, responsive while the project was at its height, accommodating, and honest. He gave great suggestions, and was mindful of being cost effective. Mike worked through a few hiccups that arose with sufficient ideas. Unfortunately, well over a year later, we are still waiting for the final touches to be completed. Final payment was given, so the perception is that there is no rush on Moltus' part since they've received their payment. We have been very patient and understanding through life events and the difficulties of finding staff after COVID, however, it's been more than enough time to complete the last facets of our project. We were so happy we found Moltus and truly anticipated using them again in future projects, but our attempts to have our summer 2022 project complete have fallen on deaf ears.

Moltus renovated our master bathroom. Mike was very helpful guiding us through the process and providing valuable suggestions. They gave us piece of mind that all details would be looked after from selection of material to management of all trades. We are extremely happy with the final product and overall experience. Moltus Construction built us our dream basement in a month and a half. Mike & Nick are the ultimate professionals and we're with us every step of the way. We were blown away by the attention to detail, the craftsmanship, the cleanliness and most of all the time schedule. Our basement was transformed with new hardwood floors, carpet stairs and bedroom, lighting, heated bathroom floors, upscale fixtures, and to top it off they built us a custom home theatre. They coordinated everything with all the contractors so we only had to deal with Mike. To date Moltus has transformed our basement, put wainscoting and crown moulding through the house, painted our main rooms, installed custom garage openers, installed potlights and done custom wainscoting desigs. They have added an extra $500,000 to the value of our home easily. Highly recommend these guys if you want your home to look like a castle and need reliable contractors
