Staff seem to lack basic training. I have been using them for a while and only because my wife doesn't have the guts to tell them they're rubbish, but I'm absolutely fed up with them and the lack of skills.

The maid they sent to the apartment spent 4hrs and didn't clean very well. The floors were dirty after she left even though I asked her to clean them few times. Not a good experience I have to say and probably won't use them again.

Ruby did an excellent job cleaning our home today. She was professional and efficient.
