He helped me negotiate the house price, and I gained 15k in equity after closing, so it really was a "steal" as he noted. Wilson also helped ensure the property was ready for closing in various ways, providing me with a preferred vendors list for inspection purposes, even repairing a broken dryer duct after I moved in without charging me. With his background in renovation and as a business and property owner himself, I trusted him with my home buying experience, highly recommend him to others, and will be returning when I'm ready to sell or to purchase investment properties.
