I have used them in the past for a client and it was a great experience. This time around was also great and exceeded by expectations. Rod answered right away and got us a quote quickly and on the schedule promptly. Darian and Devon completed the work and were more than thorough. My client was selling a home and found that remediation was needed to complete the sale. Devon and Darien made everyone feel comfortable and thoroughly explained EVERYTHING. They are efficient and they are experts. Highly recommend. You could not ask for better communication with them!!!

We had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away after tearing out the bathroom 3 times. Rod was with us during inspection when we pulled insulation off under the window sill and found rotten wood from a leak. My husband replaced the rotten wood. We were concerned about mold spores/mycotoxins spreading. Josh and Gabriel did a fantastic job making our house smell fresh and feel new again. They sanded the wood in the shower and framing for the garden tub and treated it with chemicals. They dehumidified the bathroom and had two air scrubbers going. Josh and Gabriel personally fogged our house and when we came back home the bedroom furniture were wiped down and shiny. The air in the whole house felt lighter and fresher. I would definitely recommend Mold Solutions. Josh and Gabriel did an impressive job. Rod is very knowledgeable and gave us confidence to continue with the service and we are happy we did.

Devin, Matt & Team were outstanding. We had a ton of mold and came in and got it removed within a few days. We have a complete comfort level that we are moving back into a safe & healthy home. We would recommend them to anyone that needs mold mitigation.

Alicia's company is a masterclass on customer service and care for both their employees and the customers they serve. When their team arrived at my home, they were knowledgable, thoughtful, and caring in their approach to solving our mold issues. They handled all of the mold in our home and even helped us with cleaning items that had been exposed to mold. We suspected mold and called Mold Solutions based on a radio interview with Brandon (founder) we had heard years before. Rod tested for moisture and Matt, Heather and their team quickly discovered a huge mold problem. They attacked the mold found in the air handlers, ducts and walls. Insisting on independent testing to confirm removal (company policy). This is a company with integrity! I would recommend them without reservation! As a bonus, they have contractors in HVAC and carpentry they can recommend that they have worked with in the past.
