I was so excited to try this newly renovated Motel, but I am sad to say I was very disappointed. When we arrived to check in at 3:30pm our room was just starting to be cleaned. No problem, we had things to do anyways. When we came back at 8pm our room was freezing. We tried to change the thermostat but it required a code. So, we blocked the vents and called the office number but nobody answered and there was no voicemail set up to leave a message. I tried ringing the doorcam (as instructed) but nobody answered that either. So, we were cold all night. Breakfast time, we realized there was only one chair at the table (for two adults) so one of us ate breakfast on the bed. I wanted to bring in a chair from outside but they were dirty. After breakfast we wanted to have a shower but found out there was no hot water. I emailed the info email but have yet to receive a response. When you pay almost $200 for a night you expect a certain level of service. Sadly, this motel didn't meet our expectations. So disappointed.
