**5 Stars - Exceptional Customer Service** I had booked a stay at this hotel but, unfortunately, had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff was incredibly understanding and provided me with a free cancellation, even though it was beyond the usual cancellation period. This level of customer care is rare, and I truly appreciate their flexibility and kindness during a stressful time. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for going above and beyond!

My check-in was seamless. The rooms are very clean! And the locations quite convenient. Pretty cool amenities with the fireplace. And also the guy working front desk was an absolute beauty. I think most people would enjoy

We stayed here for three nights and I can tell you we will be back! Our next stay will be longer due to suck excellent rooms! The kitchen set up in the rooms is second to none( just bring all your utensils) you could cook a full course meal! They have fire pits behind the rooms and plenty of wood, just bring fire starters for your pit! Our weekend was a bit wet so the fire was very difficult to start! Do t bother looking for any other place in this area as it’s the best!

On arrival Caroline, the female staff was very friendly and welcoming. She stroked up a conversation and made us feel comfortable. There was a sweet little girl name Leah who is John the foreman’s daughter. She gave me the picture she was drawing. I kept it. The room was very very clean because it was newly removed just like Jeremy said. The room had two queen size very comfortable beds with clean bedding including a duvet and nice fluffy pillows. Fully air conditioned . The kitchen had state of the art appliances which were brand new. The bathroom was one of my favourite. The shower could fit three adults easlily. There was a glass sliding door . Adequate towels and the shower had a magnificent large shower head with a beautiful spray. The hot water never ran out and, I was able to take showers just the way I like which is nice and hot. There was also a handheld shower head so you could wash yourself off as well. I’ve never seen a shower so big even in hotels and it’s the first time I’m seeing a shower with two shower heads. Our questions were answered in a polite and professional manner and if we needed anything like a garbage bag it was readily available and given to us right away. Oh! let me not forget the fire pits at the back. We didn’t have time to light a fire because we were attending workshops twenty minutes away and came back late at night. However, next time especially if it’s in the fall. I will make use of it. Honestly the best motel I’ve ever stayed at. We stayed five nights. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again. It was quiet and felt like I was home. I really enjoyed my stay there. I was telling friends at the workshops how nice it was. There were no issues with the wifi or anything else for that matter. I would highly recommended it.

A truly amazing place. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms were extremely clean and well kept. Full kitchen available in the unit and outback there were fire pits that we could use which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and go again! Only downside was the mattress in our room wasnt the most comfortable but im a very picky sleeper. My girlfriend said she liked it.

If i could give a ten star review i would. We decided to take a random girls trip and stumbled upon this motel on airbnb. When i say our stay has been amazing.. it has been amazing. The room is beautiful, spotless and clean. A perfect location to stay. Not to mention how comfy the beds are. Would 1000% recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in Madoc

The room very clean, with huge bed and full kitchen. That night was little bit cold and there's problem with the heater. The lady from frontdesk brought us small heater & we're safe :) Thank you

Service and room was great! Everything was new and clean. Could not adjust the thermostat. Way too hot. No screen on the window so did not want to open them in case of mosquitoes.

We reserved but a family emergency called us home at the last minute and we had to cancel three hours before check in. They were so kind and agreed to give us a refund. We greatly appreciated that and will re-book another time. But wanted to give them a sincere shout out for their kindness and understanding.

Showed up to check in for a few days and Tammy was there to welcome us. What a wonderful lady. So much fun and very accommodating. The management went out of their way to make our stay was good and that we had whatever we wanted. The kitchen is a bonus and the bathroom is lovely
