I enjoyed my one night stay at the Moira Lake Motel. My room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I had view of cedar grove from the back window. A practical full size fridge and stove as well as a microwave make meal preparation a viable option. I forgot to ask for plates and cutlery at the office but luckily, I had a camping set with me, so I could improvise. Next time I'll just ask at check in to avoid that problem.

Needed a hotel room in the area for one night. If you need to arrive later then the check in time cut off, they have a lock box. Which was perfect, since we were on a tight schedule and needed to check in late. Beautifully renovated room with a kitchenette. Tammy was awesome with communication and and made our stay wonderful. If I'm back in the area will definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Tammy

Unfortunately, due to weather conditions we had to cancel our reservation at this hotel. The manager was very accommodating and understanding in cancelling on such short notice. We had no issue with refund and are looking forward to returning when weather permits. Thank you for your courteous and prompt corporation.

We stayed at Moria Lake Motel in late October and from the booking to the payment everything was seamless. The rooms were exactly as advertised, newly renovated and very cozy and comfy. They have a fire pit area at the back of the motel that I wish we could have utilized if we were staying longer or for a more leisurely stay. I would recommend Moria Lake Motel to anyone.

We stopped at the Moira Lake Motel halfway through our 8 hour trip for the holidays. We rented one of the King rooms and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom had some very cool hardware. We will be stopping again on our way home!

Needed a motel for one night and I hit the jackpot! The room was super clean and really nice. The bathroom was brand new. The king sized bed was super comfortable and clean. I kind of wished it wasn't for just one night. The motel is conveniently right on hwy 7 and it is surrounded by forest but 5 minutes from tim's, gas and McDonalds.

Excellent in every way. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, the rooms are beautiful (fantastic shower, exceptionally comfortable bed!) everything is new! I called the motel to book 2 rooms and spoke to Tammy. I explained that one of our party was an elderly person who required some exceptions and accommodations and Tammy was more than obliging. We also had some other personal needs that Tammy dealt with pleasantly, and with care and understanding. I also had the opportunity to talk to Jeff, who couldn’t have been nicer! All in all, staying at the Moira Lake Motel was a good experience from start to finish!

Staff was great, room was spotless and very nicely updated. Great bed. New full fridge, stove and microwave. Really great shower. Really happy with the place.

Stopped late at night during bad winter weather. Everything was closed and I had a child that needed to use the restroom. Very kind, caring. Let child in a very clean room to use the bathroom.

Stranded 150 klms from home by a snowstorm. Stopped at this motel but no one was in the office. Within a couple of minutes a car stopped and a couple got out saying they worked there but were off and just happened by and saw me and stopped….star one. They got me and my 5 year old granddaughter a room. When I asked if there was anywhere to get something to eat they pulled out several choices of frozen entrees saying they wouldn’t want me to drive in this weather again…..stars 2, 3 and 4. The room was immaculate….star 5, the bed extremely comfortable and the pillows amazing……star 6, the “rainforest” shower was a real treat…..star 7. There was a full size fridge, stove, microwave and, yes, even a dishwasher!…..star 8. The price was reasonable with no hike due to weather….star 9 Warm ,friendly, clean and everything worked…..star 10. I know I is out of five but this really was amazing. Many thanks for the timely rescue.
