Moira Lake Motel, RV & Campground

Being that there are not many options around in the area, it's nice that the Moira is a nice place to stay. The room was clean, had a full kitchen, and the bathroom was very large. Service was through text, which if you're low maintenance makes for a simple stay. Only downside is that the walls are pretty thin which made it very easy to hear your neighbour. We would stay here again.

My stay at Moira Lake Motel and Cottages was incredible. The room was spacious, well equipped, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchenette was perfectly functional—overall ensuring all of one's needs were met. The host, Adrianna, was such a pleasure to speak with. On New Year's Eve she took time out of her personal plans and responded to my booking promptly and ensured I got into the room safely. On top of the great service she provided, she ensured a cozy and perfect stay through her efficient responses and hospitality. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at MLM for 3 nights while our house was having some repairs. The rooms were modern, clean and the beds were comfortable. The full kitchenette came in handy so we could make food instead of takeout all the time. Truly appreciated how it was pet friendly so we could have our dogs with us while we stayed. Staff were friendly and communication was amazing. Thanks again!

This motel is a gem! Much nicer and more modern than we could have hoped for. Adriana is friendly, responsive to questions and requests, efficient and thorough! The room and amenities are so well-kept! Very clean! Has a full kitchen, dishwasher and with a big fridge The wifi signal is strong! We would definitely come back here! Adriana also made an excellent recommendation of where to eat in the area that is great for the family! We are only here for a short stay but definitely comfortable for a family to stay for longer. Myself and my friend stayed at this Motel over the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. First I must say that our Host/Manager Adriana was impeccable with her measure of Customer Service. She facilitated every request in an efficient and courteous manner. Definitely give this woman a raise! The room was spotless and clean, nice big screen TV, the Bathroom and shower were spotless and clean, the fully efficient kitchen and fridge were equally as spotless and clean and best of all the beds were comfortable so we had a great nights sleep!! Great job folks. We will definitely return here!!

I needed a place to stay for what was to be one night after going through a difficult move. I ended up staying for 5 nights, simply due to the cleanliness, the safety, the comfort, and it's proximity to Madoc. Adriana went out of her way to assist with patience, see I was safe, arrange payment, and offer all the kindness she could. As written, the bed, the linens, and room and extremely clean. While the highway is a little loud, and the prices are a bit high, it's worth it for a room you can come back to and trust to be clean, private, and safe. I will absolutely be returning as my "go-to" should I ever need a somewhere to stay again. Thank you Moira Lake Motel and Adriana.

Took us group of 5 late last minute during the week when our car was unable to be of use to continue our road trip. Had excellent service and rooms were quite clean and tidy. They even helped drop us off the following morning to pick up our car and saved our road trip. Would absolutely recommend if in the area.

I had an amazing stay and Adriana was more than helpful. The room was nicely upgraded and it felt more like a hotel room than just a motel. The stay was more than comfortable as the room was fitted with a full kitchenette and an upgraded bathroom. I will be staying here again. Thank you Adriana

We thoroughly enjoyed our at this motel. Our room was especially clean and the accommodations obviously had been renovated to include all new appliances, comfortable beds, a very nice and spacious shower , new vanity and other amenities. Andrianna was a super accommodating host that made our stay especially nice and had even extended our checkout time to allow us to explore the beautiful area a little longer. We’d definitely recommend this motel to anyone traveling through this area.

Room is looks newly renovated room was very clean and smelled fresh. Staff is very friendly and supplied plates and cutlery for our room. Stayed here last winter during a heavy snow storm. Both times same level of service as this time. Very consistent both times we were here. Great place to stay. There are Fire pits in back with chairs and wood supplied if you want to sit for a fire. I think there were 4 or 5 pits with chairs on a stone patio. Very nice touch.! Thanks for the great stay Kevin
