Moira Lake Motel and Cottages

My stay at Moira Lake Motel and Cottages was incredible. The room was spacious, well equipped, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was really comfortable, and the kitchenette was perfectly functional—overall ensuring all of one's needs were met. The host, Adrianna, was such a pleasure to speak with. On New Year's Eve she took time out of her personal plans and responded to my booking promptly and ensured I got into the room safely. On top of the great service she provided, she ensured a cozy and perfect stay through her efficient responses and hospitality. I highly recommend this place!

Myself and my friend stayed at this Motel over the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. First I must say that our Host/Manager Adriana was impeccable with her measure of Customer Service. She facilitated every request in an efficient and courteous manner. Definitely give this woman a raise! The room was spotless and clean, nice big screen TV, the Bathroom and shower were spotless and clean, the fully efficient kitchen and fridge were equally as spotless and clean and best of all the beds were comfortable so we had a great nights sleep!! Great job folks. We will definitely return here!!

I needed a place to stay for what was to be one night after going through a difficult move. I ended up staying for 5 nights, simply due to the cleanliness, the safety, the comfort, and it's proximity to Madoc. Adriana went out of her way to assist with patience, see I was safe, arrange payment, and offer all the kindness she could. As written, the bed, the linens, and room and extremely clean. While the highway is a little loud, and the prices are a bit high, it's worth it for a room you can come back to and trust to be clean, private, and safe. I will absolutely be returning as my "go-to" should I ever need a somewhere to stay again. Thank you Moira Lake Motel and Adriana.

Just wanted to say, the room we has suite 2 was nice and cozy. Staff was very nice and accommodating to anything we needed. It was close to Tim's, Subway and a great pizza place that delivered to us! Also very clean we will come back and stay .

I can’t say enough good things about Moira Lake Motel and especially Adriana and her family. We ended up here unexpectedly after a car accident near Marmora, and what could have been a really stressful, overwhelming few days became so much easier because of their kindness. From the moment we arrived, Adriana and her family were incredibly caring and thoughtful checking in, asking what we needed, and genuinely putting themselves in our situation. We were stuck for a few days with limited food and supplies, and the weather was so bad that local taxi companies stopped operating. Adriana and her family even offered to give us a ride so we could get necessities. Their help went far beyond what anyone would ever expect from a motel, it felt like being looked after by family. We’re truly grateful and will always remember their compassion and support. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you value genuine hospitality and kind people.

We thoroughly enjoyed our at this motel. Our room was especially clean and the accommodations obviously had been renovated to include all new appliances, comfortable beds, a very nice and spacious shower , new vanity and other amenities. Andrianna was a super accommodating host that made our stay especially nice and had even extended our checkout time to allow us to explore the beautiful area a little longer. We’d definitely recommend this motel to anyone traveling through this area.

We had an amazing time here the rooms are very well kept and tidy and neat. The staff is also very flexible. The sheets were very nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a nice little hangout place at the back and the washrooms are also very very clean. The carpet was a little dirty, but other than that everything was great definitely visiting here again.

We were lucky to come upon this motel by chance! The weather had turned horrendous and I was desperate to find a place to camp out. A nearby gas station mentioned a motel ‘up the road’. We registered at the front desk and then proceeded to go to our room. We held our breath as we turned the key and opened the door only to be surprised by a super clean, modern and inviting space! A kitchenette, a barn door leading to a spacious and beautifully appointed washroom, large-screen smart TV, and the double beds were comfortable and made up with crisp clean white bedding. The couple managing the place the evening we were there were incredibly kind and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I needed a room late at night and this Motel came through for us. ADRIANA , answered the phone, told us to swing by. She was extremely helpful. The room was very clean and stylish. It had a nice little kitchen, fridge, microwave. Bathroom was clean, and the water drained properly:)

I had a great experience, the room was very nice the bathroom was nice. In the room was a dishwasher oven, a fridge, a microwave and coffee maker everything you’ll need. The room had two locks which made me feel safe.
