I was cash short by only 10 AED on a gold purchase worth thousands, and instead of showing flexibility or basic customer care, the staff displayed a surprisingly bad attitude. For such a high-value transaction, I expected professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that, and I won’t be returning

One of the worst places to buy or exchange gold from. I would recommend to never ever buy or exchange gold from this place. They are very rude to their customers and don’t even know how to acknowledge their customers.
