Disappointing experience. I was cash short by only 10 AED on a gold purchase worth thousands, and instead of showing flexibility or basic customer care, the staff displayed a surprisingly bad attitude. For such a high-value transaction, I expected professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that, and I won’t be returning
