This is a fantastic shop and i love how it's decorated. Sad to see that they are closing. The owners are nice and very knowledgeable of their merchandise. I had a blast at the popups in their parking lot during first Fridays. It was great fun while it lasted. Modities will definitely be missed.

Wonderful little boutique with gorgeous inventory. A boutique for MCM lovers and designers, a joy for color freaks, and pattern loonies. Such a wonderful palette. Sad to see them go as I hear they’re closing early March. Come see it while it’s still here!

Super fun retro shop. Every surface of the shop floor and walls are filled with nostalgic items. I loved the artwork and furniture. Ended up with a crochet rainbow flower scarf. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Kit!

I found Modities on Instagram before my husband and I had moved to NM. I knew I wanted to decorate our home in Mid Century Mod theme, and I just felt so inspired by their social media posts. I was so excited to finally go into their store once we got here to Albuquerque. Boy, do they have a bit of everything!! If you love their Instagram page, then you are going to melt over their actual store. They have so many amazing and beautiful things, and I was told that they update their inventory DAILY! 😍🙌🏻 The two people that were working were incredibly nice and welcoming. My husband and I will definitely be back. Make sure you have some time on your hands when you come here, that way you can really walk through and enjoy every room and corner they have displayed.

Owners Kim and Trish are the best! The shop is decorated in an amazingly creative way! The rooms are throwbacks to another time filled with vintage treasures that will send you back in time reminiscing about your moms hair curlers and wild swimming caps! There are so many things that are embedded somewhere in my memory that I have forgotten about. But when I walk through Modities I’m in a time machine flooded with memories of a really fabulous era gone by! There’s so much great stuff, you must go see!!

This place does have really cool stuff. Unfortunately they aren’t very negotiable and prices are an arm and a leg. All the stuff in there is looked up and priced exactly what it is showing on eBay or etc. 🫤 probably won’t go here ever again unless your excited to spend 5 arms and 2 legs. Lol

Very cute and neat little place. The owner is so nice and a great conversationalist. A lot of cool midcentury items and the stock rotates frequently. Definitely check it out!

Excellent place owned by excellent people. Walked out with some quality pieces of art for a great price. I highly recommend stopping by if you're into buying vintage art or furniture. If nothing else, you'll get some great conversation with the owner.
