Had a family trip with them for Puri and Bhubneshwar, they did the planning which covered all locations. Booking was smooth, support staff was helpful. The vehicle provided was in good condition. The driver was also co-operative, never refused to go to any place requested and arrived mostly before time. Driver was always ready to help, never complained and helped us loading/unloading luggage. Complimentary water bottles were provided, which was a good gesture. The team at Modern travels immediately formed a what's app group once our booking was confirmed and was regularly in touch with us, seeking feedback, diligently providing driver details etc. Also liked their professional behavior on immediately confirming the receipt of the amount post making the payment through UPI.
