We have booked INNOVA CRYSTA for femily trip from Bhubhaneshwar to Puri with sight seeing of Lingaraj Temple, udayagiri & Khandagiri caves, Konark sun temple and beaches. We are giving 5 star rating based on overall service of Modern Travels and driving experience of Mr. Priyabrata Gouda. My driver was very polite and friendly so trip was very awesome. We have booked via online on the basis of past rating and compared online & offline booking rate, after completion of full trip we feel our decision was right. Had a family trip with them for Puri and Bhubneshwar, they did the planning which covered all locations. Booking was smooth, support staff was helpful. Car was very good always sat in a clean car it was cleaned every day. The driver was very polite and guided nicely. I would recommend Modern travels.

My trip bhubaneswar to puri was well organised by Modern Travels.Trip itinerary was for 5 days.Car was in very good condition with water bottle and tissue paper. Availed Traveller for travelling through Puri, Bhubaneshwar and Cuttack in Oct 2025. The Modern Travels are genuine and are thorough professionals. Helped us in firming itinerary. The vehicle provided was in good condition. The driver was also co-operative, never refused to go to any place requested and arrived mostly before time. Driver was always ready to help, never complained and helped us loading/unloading luggage. Complimentary water bottles were provided, which was a good gesture. The team at Modern travels immediately formed a what's app group once our booking was confirmed and was regularly in touch with us, seeking feedback, diligently providing driver details etc. Also liked their professional behavior on immediately confirming the receipt of the amount post making the payment through UPI.
