So impressed! Dr. G was just voted Top Doc! Dr. Gartenberg has been my physician many years. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I have the utmost confidence in her. I am enjoying her new concierge practice concept. It’s convenient and easy which is important to me. I always knew she was a top doctor but now everyone else knows too.

Dr. Gartenberg is one of the best doctors around. She was my provider for 7 years. She listens to every single concern you have & never tries to rush you. Due to her careful examinations, we have found out many underlying issues that I have. She takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. She is highly knowledgeable in many different areas of health, along with having personal connections with other doctors in the valley. She accommodates in person & virtual visits, with a lab on site. Very easy to get next day appointments. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. G!

Dr. G. is a very unusual physician. On the outside, her practice can seem a bit unorganized, and things don't always run with the crisp efficiency of a large, corporate practice. But appearances can be misleading. Dr. G. is absolutely top of her field, and -- in my experience, at least -- is laser-focused on her patients and their well-being. I was a patient for many years, until external circumstances interfered. All that time, I felt that I had a smart, thorough, and caring health advocate, someone who truly went out of her way for me. The specialists Dr. G. has referred me to have been equally enthusiastic in their regard for her skills. And on top of that, she's just a nice person. I count myself lucky to have found Dr. G., and to have been in her care.

My friend had a great visit here. She was treated well and Dr. Gartenberg actually cared for her… something QUITE RARE these days. The office staff were nice, the place was clean and pretty (the art on the walls is cool!) and having the lab on-site was such an amazing feature. Dr. Gartenberg also didn’t rush the appointment which was one of the most incredible things. A doctor who doesn’t put their bottom line first is hard to come by — and Dr. Gartenberg puts her patients first. She’s grateful to have found her.

Dr. Gartenberg has been one of the best Doctors I've had, she's always helped look for the root cause of my issues rather then simply providing medicine to cover the symptoms. The yearly physicals are always great because the extra tests performed really help to see a baseline of my overall health from year to year! I recommend her and Modern Family Medicine as a whole as I have always been treated well and she's always been willing to go above and beyond to try and help diagnose and treat me!

Dr. G is the best! My wife and I drive 30+ minutes from North Phoenix to get here. I have never had a primary care doctor that spends time with their patients and take the best approach for their medical needs.

Dr. Gartenberg has been amazing to my friend! Going above and beyond to try to get her testing she deserves and fighting on her behalf to be the voice she needs on her behalf & ensure she gets the care she deserves. A doctor who truly cares is something you really don’t see anymore these days, plus her office is always very clean and staff is beyond friendly! Thank you Dr G and team!

Dr. Gartenberg is a wonderful and caring doctor. She is extremely compassionate and thoughtful when it comes to her patients. 100% recommend to those in the Phoenix area.

**update to reply** it's sad that I have to use a Google review to get a reply or things that I need from my "doctor" If you would even send the prescription to the pharmacy like I requested on 2/13, then I can transition to the new location. However it has been over 1 week and the prescription has not even been sent in. I have called 4 times and still nothing. The pharmacy has also sent in a refill request and have now called twice. For reference this is a blood pressure medication and for a week I've been sitting in the 170's/110's. Thanks Dr. G for truly caring about your patients. Your reply was very insincere. Do not waste your time. The doctor is nice enough but isn't competent. Her scheduler, Divine, isn't too bright either and is very condescending. It's a nightmare trying to get your medications refilled, or anything outside of your appointment. I've been seeing her for a couple of years and only go when it's absolutely necessary. 11-13 tubes of blood drawn at each visit, when i have zero symptoms, and she always wants to send me for more testing. Every test she sends me for is negative. It seems like she is looking for something that isn't there. Save yourself time, stress and money. Do not come here.

I just received a voicemail from your office asking if I needed to set up an appointment. Unfortunately for this facility that triggered my aggravation from my initial visit in 2021 in which I will now leave a review for. I arrived and the first thing i saw was a sign about facials so i was concerned this was a spa not a medical office. None of the staff were in uniforms. Idk if they are nurses aids or just admin but nothing looked professional. It was covid times so i was placed in a room with a lap top and the Dr. Was in her office next to the room I was in. When i walked in she was with a virtual patient already and i could hear everything they were talking about because she had the door open. Everyone could hear everything. I was left in the room with the door open I looked to the counter next to me and someone's credit card was there so I told the girl who walked me to my room about it. She said oh this must be from someone yesterday. What? Your cleaning staff didn't notice this? OK. So no one has cleaned this room yesterday to today. Got it. At that time I was experiencing symptoms of MS but I was not diagnosed yet as I had no idea what was wrong with me. I was seeking out a primary care Dr to help figure out why my legs were numb, why I have incontinence, why it feels like I have a girdle on 24/7. I was very desperate to find out what was wrong with me so that is why I sat thru as much of this visit as I did. I told her all my embarrassing symptoms to her and everyone in the office because all the doors were open. She did a physical exam then suggested bloodwork. I told her I had eaten food and had not drank a lot of water that day (due to incontinence I had been purposely not drinking enough water to avoid accidents). She said it was fine and they put me in a room which had a table to lay on. I sat in the room for 15 minutes and no one came to draw blood but I could hear the staff and the Dr just chit chatting outside the door. I opened the door said I would reschedule the bloodwork. The girls were now surprised and puzzled. They made me schedule an appointment for the following week to get my bloodwork done when I was paying my copay. I called the very next day and canceled it. 1 month later I got a phone call from a man who said my bloodwork results were in. I asked for what facility he stated modern family medicine. I told him I never had my bloodwork done so I don't know whose blood you got but its not mine I hope you get this information to the right person. He was confused and had nothing of substance to say. I received a bill for that bloodwork and I just paid it because I didn't want to deal with this anymore. I was already having a hard time with my health issues and did not have the bandwidth to deal with the incompetence of this drs office. I do not recommend this place. Find a Dr that's at Banner, Evernorth, Dignity - anywhere but here.
