Scheduled a visit through an online service that contracted with Brendon, the owner. He came to my home, unannounced, to tell me that the online service keeps referring him business, but they've never paid him in several months. Offered to work on my JDeere rider directly avoiding any cross referral issues...cancelled the online appointment (they never charged me, but attempted to collect for service.) Within 10 minutes, Brendon diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Also did some minor maintenance and recommended other for me to do. Thrilled with the service. Seems competent and inquisitive, knowledgeable in small engines, experienced mechanic. And a nice kid trying to make a go of it on his own. Good attitude, work ethic and integrity. I'll use him again, for sure!

Our vehicle broke down while on family vacation and left us stranded off the interstate near Sioux Falls, on a Sunday afternoon before a holiday. We called Mobile Wrench Works. The mechanic answered the call right away and was able come to us within an hour. He was able to diagnose the problem and ran for parts. After some work it was determined the vehicle needed to be in a shop for further work. With no lodging available nearby, the mechanic offered to drive us into town to a hotel close to car rentals. Pricing was fair for Sunday afternoon near dark.We are so appreciative of the service we received!
