Extortionate pricing, Made me pay for diagnosis which AA had already done for me and also charged me for parking after i did not want the job done due to daylight robbery of prices. I had written the diagnosis down from AA and they tried to say they did not have the paper, which I recorded video evidence of, so proved these scammers wrong. Silly unprofessional scammers refused to give my key until i payed for a all-ready made diagnosis and leaving my car in the garage . Stay far far away from this place. Horror service, Daylight robbery, Rude argumentative staff.

Avoid this garage at all costs – they are complete frauds. I took my Astra GTC in because of an error saying “AC is off due to high temp.” The mechanic replaced the coolant temp sensor and charged me £135. Over the phone he told me the part was £25, but when I got there he suddenly changed his story to £50. On top of that, he claimed it was 2 hours labour, when in reality this is a 30-minute job at most. It gets worse – before even resetting the ECU, he phoned me to say my head gasket was blown and tried to quote me £1,200 for repairs, while warning me the car still “might not be fixed.” This was a blatant lie. I reset the ECU myself afterwards and the car runs absolutely fine – no head gasket issue whatsoever. This mechanic tried to mislead me into scrapping a perfectly good car and paying for unnecessary work. Dishonest, greedy, and unprofessional. Do not trust this garage under any circumstances

Fantastic service, very helpful and went out of there way to seek out and provide an item of which my car needed. Fist time used. I will definitely be using again and recommend others to use this Southampton Garage. Thank you all.

Following a service, I had been given an extortionate quote by another garage which I knew was wrong. One phone call to eco tyres and I knew I was in safe hands. Within 3.5 hours of that phone call, my car had been sorted and I was on my way home and able to make my long journey to see family. Thank you so much for your honesty and quick work. Greatly appreciated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Called this morning to arrange a mobile tyre fitting. Gave over the specifics of the tyres and the brand I would like (which is all standard information). The fitter turned up with the wrong tyre. After a lengthy back and forth trying to find anyone who would take accountability they informed me that after "listening to the call recording" I did not specify a brand. I requested a copy of the call recording which they are refusing to provide. Awful customer service and they are charging over £180 for a £60 tyre!! Tried to get my deposit back but they refused. I will be disputing this with my bank to see if there is anything I can do! 100% scammers! DO NOT USE!

Genuinely friendly staff and really efficient garage. Had my car in and out for an MOT in about 2 hour. No fluff or hassle required. Highly recommend!

Great service: the team of mechanics have a broad knowledge range and were able to repair my car quickly, and in house. Prices are affordable and Rich is very easy to communicate with and always gets back to me or responds straight away. Very satisfied.
