Woke to up a completely flat tire - couldn’t budge the lug nuts and needed help on a Sunday afternoon - Keith got to me quickly and worked carefully and as quickly as po possible on an older car.

Keith provided great service on short notice, and saved me from having to miss an entire day of work due to a flat tire. My job requires having my own vehicle, I can't simply call a ride share, so when I got home tonight with a flat, I started calling different mobile services. One couldn't fit me in until tomorrow morning, another refused to take anything but cash payment, and others simply didn't return my calls. Keith was honest in his pricing, accommodating in taking multiple payment methods, and was able to meet me within an hour to replace my tire. And he charged half of what I was quoted by a competitor. I highly recommend his service. He was kind, friendly, and honest.

Of course, getting a flat on the way to work is lousy, I had to Google emergency roadside flat assistance . I got Mobile Tire and auto service. I spoke with Keith in there customer service department his kindness was exactly what I needed. The service was top-notch and the cost was appropriate and fair. I would recommend them to everyone.

Stellar service. I had bust a tire on a curb on the fourth of July, and these gentlemen came out late in the evening to repair my flat tire. They gave me a very reasonable price, over a hundred dollars under what the big companies were quoting for the same service. I definitely recommend, and will be calling the next time I get in a bind with a flat.

So for a use tire , travel and labor fee I was quoted 375 . This is hilarious. I'll stick to the Mercedes dealership like I have done in the past. Thanks but no thanks . Your price is your price , so I won't debate. Update: This company I will add screenshots called and texted me repeatedly, asking that I remove my review. Very desperate. Kim at Mercedes my advisor will prove I'm not looking for anything CHEAP.. They have service my car since purchase. But I definitely won't desperate, like you must've thought ..You better hope I don't go press Charges on you for annoying phone ringing. Call someone with the intent to harass. You worried about a review. Your concern should be with possible criminal and civil charges.. I told you repeatedly to stop calling me . My Verizon phone records can show the number of times you called . Learn the law .. Also learn how to take constructive criticism.

He was very professional! We were stranded at the gas station and he came to our rescue. He was punctual and very reasonable priced. So nice and sweet . He made sure we knew exactly what was going on with the tire he fixed for us . He was God sent. Shop with him . He’s a great one

1 star cause the tire was fixed, but he held us hostage for cash he knew we didn't have before he arrived. We called at 2 am, we stated over and over we only had tap to pay, no payment apps, cash, or anything else. He came, put air in our tire and then requested cash from us. He said if he had to take our card he would charge us an extra $100 service fee. He started looking up ATMS for my bank to follow us to the ATM. He ended up following us to 7-11 to try to have us get cash back from there. He was asking me questions like "how do you check your available balance" and getting aggressive with us. I ended up just making a cash app so he could get his cash and go away. I filed a police report, they said next time stay in the car, lock the doors and call 911, never go to another location. So, if he does it to you, call them cause now he's on their radar. I also filed reports with Visa and MasterCard cause they don't allow "service fees" like that for using card and reported him to the IRS cause this seems like a way to avoid paying taxes on cash transactions. Anyways, be careful, especially if you're a woman and it's late.

I called several places before finding Keith, and he answered quickly and professionally. We recently purchased a vehicle after years without one and it had a bald tire when it was delivered, leaving us unable to drive to the dmv to have it registered and a shop for repair. Keith was affordable, kind, super respectful, up front, and even arrived within an hour and a half of receiving my call. He has tires if you need them, or will install one you already own. He swapped our bald 225/45r17 tire for our replacement without any issues. No hidden cost or funny business, and he had our car ready to be driven within an hour of arriving (even with having to work between vehicles belonging to other tenants at my apartment). We will definitely be using him for any future tire needs. Thank you Keith, we’re finally on the road again thanks to you!
