1 star cause the tire was fixed, but he held us hostage for cash he knew we didn't have before he arrived. We called at 2 am, we stated over and over we only had tap to pay, no payment apps, cash, or anything else. He came, put air in our tire and then requested cash from us. He said if he had to take our card he would charge us an extra $100 service fee. He started looking up ATMS for my bank to follow us to the ATM. He ended up following us to 7-11 to try to have us get cash back from there. He was asking me questions like "how do you check your available balance" and getting aggressive with us. I ended up just making a cash app so he could get his cash and go away.
I filed a police report, they said next time stay in the car, lock the doors and call 911, never go to another location. So, if he does it to you, call them cause now he's on their radar. I also filed reports with Visa and MasterCard cause they don't allow "service fees" like that for using card and reported him to the IRS cause this seems like a way to avoid paying taxes on cash transactions.
Anyways, be careful, especially if you're a woman and it's late.
