Absolutely amazing. Someone had tampered with my car as I they were viewing it and they said that the head gasket had blown. I called these guys up and they were so helpful and came next day, diagnosed the car, done extras and also found the issue straight away. These guys are amazing, honest, genuine and extremely friendly. They are now my mechanics going forward and couldn’t give a better review. 🤘

Had an issue with my Toyota Aygo Semi automatic, car going into gear but not moving, found Jem online, must admit I have not had luck with mechanics before but Jem’s service is outstanding, knows where every bolt needs to go, addresses the problem without an issue, extremely patient, took my gearbox and actuator repaired and brought back and fixed in no time, won’t be dealing with garages going forward will be using Jem.
