My dad is wheelchair bound and needed assistance with her Costco hearing aids. Called them and had a hearing professional, Jessica at my home the next day. She assessed my dads hearing and diagnosed the issue with my dads current aids. We went ahead and decided to get new ones and Jessica found us a discount plan that worked with the medicare supplement. She got much better hearing aids at less than the cost of Costco. Shipping took a little longer than we would have liked but it was well worth the wait. My dad can hear me speaking from the kitchen which never happened with the old ones and his neighbors don't complaint about the TV volume anymore. Thank you to Jessica, she was honest, professional and quick to respond and wow what a difference

Coming to Mobile Audiology of Houston was truly the best choice I could’ve made in finding the best hearing aids and hearing care. She is the most knowledgeable professional I’ve encountered in my 15+ years as a hearing aid wearer. She went above and beyond by providing me a loaner aid before purchasing so I could really see what they would do for my hearing loss, which greatly improved after wearing and then purchasing the set of aids. I appreciate Jessica’s transparency, knowledgeability and compassionate care. The office space she resides in is also clean, professional and wonderfully decorated! It made the experience with an appointment here even better. Thank you
