I had a nail in my tire on my way back to work and was already stressed. As soon as I pulled into Mobile 1 Lube Express, I was greeted right away and they immediately started fixing my tire. I’ve purchased all my tires here and never considered going anywhere else. They took care of me quickly and free of charge. Excellent, professional service—I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Mobile 1. I had been once previously for an oil change, and they were great! So when my jeep decided to die, it was the first place that I thought to call. I had it towed there, Anthony was a Rockstar at keeping me updated. They really went out of their way to make sure that I got it back same day. This included running around DFW to pick up parts. Their pricing was incredibly fair. My serpentine belt had broken, Thermostat housing had broken, I had a pinhole leak, the radiator needed to be flushed, And when they did the pressure test, one of the hoses was leaking. They even offered to stay a little later if I was stuck in traffic coming to pick it up. This team went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Great service. Wish there was a charging station to charge my cell phone. It would have came in handy while I waited. My brakes / rotor service took 3 hours. Also time for new seating. The sofa & chairs leather is peeling & cracking.

I went in there wanting an oil change and break pads that I bought installed. The guys there gave me complete honesty and didnt try to upsell me on a thing. Plus they have pretty good prices and took care of my car right away. I'll definitely be back.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.. This is the best place to get an oil change! Even after moving, I still drive over from Carrollton to get my cars serviced here. Reliable technicians and great prices, also very time efficient!

My experience with Mobile Lube Express was highly unsatisfactory. I found their pricing for a routine service on my Mercedes SUV to be excessive and believe I was significantly overcharged. Beyond the cost, the customer service was atrocious. I also had a troubling incident where I believe parts were removed from my vehicle without my consent. Specifically, I suspect my fog lights were taken and then the management denied this ever happened, despite photographic evidence I had from the same day. While I eventually sold the vehicle, the entire experience left me with a strong negative impression. The staff's behavior also felt unprofessional and hostile. I would strongly urge prospective customers to look elsewhere if they want fair pricing and honest service. The management's response to my complaint was dismissive and hostile, leaving me with the impression that they are dishonest. Their business practices and customer interactions raise serious ethical questions. I wish a zero-star option were available. The current 4.9-star rating is highly suspicious and suggests they may be manipulating their score with reviews from employees or associates. Given my experience of being overcharged, lied to, and dealing with incredibly dishonest practices, I strongly believe this high rating is misleading to potential customers. Their methods are dishonest, and I urge others not to trust this business. When I saw this review it was 1.5 to 2.5 since 2015 to 2023. How did it go to 4.9 stars?! It makes 0 sense!

Great experience at Mobil 1. Swung by for a state inspection and was pleasantly surprised by the extensive services offered, friendly service, and great communication. I’ve gone back to get some issues looked at and been very happy with the knowledge and efficiency of the staff. Thanks Nikko!

Great staff mechanic mix. Had a 200k vehicle that I want to keep as a project car for my kiddo and required catalytic converter to be replaced for inspection. Exceptional knowledge and service! Get with Jesse and Nico, they will do you right.
