George was sent to transport me to my appointment. Although he was given the wrong weight, he made getting me down the stairs, easy and painless. He was compassionate and extremely understanding! After dropping me off at my appointment, he went and picked up a device to get me up the stairs as easily and gently as down. I had never heard of MNJ before, but if all their drivers are like George you can’t go wrong with them! Highly recommend them!

End of life for cancer suffers has many unexpected difficulties. one of the more difficult problems can be transportation to and from appointments. I truly thank God I found NMJ Medical Transportation. George and his team were prompt, professional, KIND and CONSIDERATE. They never once failed to put a smile on her face as they took her to and from. I will never forget them.

We were really happy with the quality of service provided by MNJ. When scheduling the transportation they made sure there was a clear plan of how to transport my relative out of his apartment, which is challenging. The staff showed up on time and they were very careful with moving my relative all the way to the their transportation van. The driver Abdou was professional and caring during the drive, at the drop off, and during pick up. Company cooperated with us when the hospital visit took more time than expected. Transportation vehicle itself was clean as well.

I highly recommend this medical transportation company. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions, adjusted the timing when needed, and always stayed in touch. A huge thank you to the driver, Jorge, who waited for me at the clinic, greeted me warmly, and comfortably drove me to my hotel. He made the whole experience smooth and kept a great atmosphere throughout the trip.

WARNING TO ALL - THIS COMPANY IS ROTTEN TO THE CORE. THE OWNER GEORGE STOLE $335 FROM ME WITHOUT PERFORMING THE REQUIRED SERVICE. HE IS UNQUALIFIED, HIS STAFF PERSONNEL DOES NOT CORRECTLY SHARE THE INFORMATION WHEN REPORTED TO HER FOR A TRANSPORT JOB. ON NOVEMBER 3, 2025 GEORGE STATED THAT HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY, BUT SINCE THEN HE CONTINUE TO IGNORE MY TEXT AND PHONE CALLS TO AVOID GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK. THE LAST TIME I SPOKE WITH GEORGE, AROUND NOVEMBER 7, HE TRIED TO USE VERBAL BULLY TACTICS AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY IN A FEW DAYS, BECAUSE HE SPENT THE MONEY AND THERE WAS NO MONEY LEFT IN THE COMPANY'S BUSINESS ACCOUNT. AS OF DECEMBER 7, 2025 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. ALSO HE IS OBSESSED WITH MAKING SURE HIS REVIEWS ARE STAR 5. IF THERE WAS A CATEGORY FOR TRIPLE ZERO HE WOULD GET THAT RATING.

I want to thank George & his amicable staff for such an amazing experience they went above and beyond in making my Aunt’s 1hour long trip as Safe & comfortable as possible. They were accommodating & professional on all levels from punctuality to one on one assistance I would definitely book my next trip with them

I have to give many thanks to George and MNJ Transportation for the help given to us on 2 occasions when we needed medical transportation. George was punctual, courteous, and went the extra mile to be of service to myself and my wife who had a serious knee injury. Also note if you have a difficult staircase situation it’s no problem. George and his partner brought a serious stairclimbing electric wheelchair which handled our stairs with ease. I completely recommend MNJ Transportation for your medical transport needs.
