Jana is an amazing property manager! We had a wonderful stay on the river in Fort Myers - so private and peaceful. Everything in the house was well stocked and clean. Jana and her husband were very responsive and quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had. We loved meeting them in person and enjoyed our conversations - they are the sweetest people we’ve met in Florida so far. Will definitely be reaching out to Jana for our next stay and can’t wait to come back!

Jana was absolutely wonderful. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with and two coffee pots! Everything was extremely clean. The outside was perfect. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. My husband and I spent most of the time just hanging out there swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the view of the water. My husband also had a great time fishing and caught quite a few fish! I hope to come back soon!

Jana was extremely responsive whenever we had questions, which made our stay completely stress-free. The house was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time away. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great VRBO experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at one of their properties again!

This is a beautiful house in a great neighborhood, Jana was a fantastic host. I would go back, there are a number of golf courses, great fishing, nice beaches and outstanding restaurants. Thank you Jana for an excellent family vacation spot.

Jana has exceptional communication with us as owners of a vacation property managed by MMG Property. Her communication is what distinguished herself from the start, but every interaction and experience has been top notch. She is very attentive to make sure the property is safe, secure, and ready for guests. When things break (which happens) she is on top of getting items replaced or repaired. While renting a home through MMG Properties in October 2025, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jana. The Cape Coral home we rented from her was located on a dead end street with intersecting canals in the backyard....... it was quiet, serene and private. On several occasions we saw a Manatee quietly swim by the dock! The house itself was very clean with many updated features! My favorite was the heated pool which was amazing! Jana was sweet, attentive and responsive. I would rent from her again without question. Thank you Jana for a wonderful and relaxing time spent at your property!

We had a family vacation in January 2026. Working with Jana was a wonderful experience, she was so helpful and answered all our questions. The house was beautiful; clean and accommodating for our family. Highly recommend this property!

A group of us from Colorado had a fantastic stay at the Villa Paradise Palms in Cape Coral, Florida during March of 2024. Jana with MMG was fantastic to work with in booking the house and helping us with every detail to make for a wonderful stay. The house is new and spacious, so clean, and accommodated our group of 11 of us so beautifully. The house is equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and for the entirety of our stay, we felt like we were truly in paradise. Probably our favorite part was the beautiful covered pool and hot tub area and the covered porch…what an amazing place to relax and spend time with our friends. I cannot say enough good things about Jana…she checked in with us before our stay during our stay and the day we checked out to make sure everything was just as it should be. She was wonderful about answering questions promptly and just so friendly and helpful with the entire process. Thank you Jana And MMG property for a truly incredible vacation in Cape Coral!

Our stay at Villa Sun Daze was absolutely perfect. Its location was just perfect for us, quiet and private yet just a quick drive to shopping, restaurants, boat rental and local attractions. The area was great for morning walks with friendly neighbors and local residents frequently offering a kind "good morning" and often a quick chat. Villa Sun Daze was easy to get into and quickly settle in. Its heated pooled pool and hot tub were ready for use at check in. Everything was exceptionally clean, neat and tidy. And it is on a Cape Coral canal. Jana is an awesome host with great, proactive communication. Highly recommend Villa Sun Daze and Jana with MMG Property if you are headed to the Cape Coral area.

Mirjana is an amazing property manager! We met her when she was managing a property that we were guests at so we have worked with her from both sides of the transaction. We knew straightaway we would use Jana as a property manager once we had our own vacation home. She has first class communication with guests and owners, and very high standards for her services and for the home.
