Great service! Elea did an amazing job finding the issue with our washer. He was friendly and easy to talk to, having a conversation with us while fixing the problem. They showed up on time. Looked at the washer and very politely informed me there was nothing wrong with the washer, except for a programmer error (me). Evidently, I accidentally changed the program so my clothes did not spin and dry. He was very nice and showed me the error and how to program my washer, so this would never happen again. Thank you for the great service. Would definitely use them again when needed.

Our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling yesterday (Sunday) and I called MMB Star Appliance for service. They worked us in to their busy schedule and were out today. The service tech , Elea, was excellent! He figured out what the problem was and had it fixed in a very short time. This was the first time we had ever used this company and I highly recommend them based upon our service experience today.

Very fair price for the service call. Quickly diagnosed and had us back up and running in no time. I would definitely call them again, if I have the need.
