Great service! Elea did an amazing job finding the issue with our washer. He was friendly and easy to talk to, having a conversation with us while fixing the problem. We’re currently waiting for the replacement parts, but in the meantime the washer is working well. Thank you, Elea! Highly recommend

Our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling yesterday (Sunday) and I called MMB Star Appliance for service. They worked us in to their busy schedule and were out today. The service tech , Elea, was excellent! He figured out what the problem was and had it fixed in a very short time. This was the first time we had ever used this company and I highly recommend them based upon our service experience today.

They showed up on time. Looked at the washer and very politely informed me there was nothing wrong with the washer, except for a programmer error (me). Evidently, I accidentally changed the program so my clothes did not spin and dry. He was very nice and showed me the error and how to program my washer, so this would never happen again. Thank you for the great service. Would definitely use them again when needed.

Very professional and honest provided great service and value. Serviced 3 appliances after a power surge and after another repair service company recommended replacement was the only option . Saved thousands of dollars by working through the repairs.

Nick did a good job. Unhappy with the price for parts but that is a Samsung issue. Communication while waiting for the part was good. Would use MMB Star again.
