MK Window Tint

I had my car tint done today, i was the first customer but had my car finished last because they prioritized the car that came after me, i was very disappointed that i waited two hours and see my car not finished when i came back because they were doing another car. In fairness, the owner was nice but his assistant is the opposite, doesn’t care about your car if it is nicely done or tidied up after tint installation, he won’t show any care to your car, also they left the chime on my car running that it drained the battery while they were doing the other car. Price is a little higher compared to others, i went there because they are closer to me and i support local businesses in my community. They also gave me a lifetime warranty which is great, hopefully they will still honor it after my honest review. Will update my review if something happens.

Background: Melvin tinted the windows on my car - all windows plus two-panel sunroof. I dropped by unannounced, but he graciously stopped working to answer my questions and thoroughly explained the differences between the tints he applies. He quoted me a price that I felt was quite reasonable for what I wanted and I scheduled an appointment on the spot. The day of my appointment, Melvin again walked me through the different types of tints and showed me samples of what my windows would look like depending on the percentage I chose to overlay the factory tint. I opted for the ceramic tint; it's a bit more expensive, but the ROI is worth it. After a week, I can safely attest to my car being much cooler inside - I've left the roof retracted all week and I haven't needed the solar screens I bought, either. I have peace of mind knowing people can't look directly into my vehicle now, too. The bonus is Melvin made my car look even better. Melvin, I appreciate you, sir. They were able to tint my back glass without getting water in my 3rd brake light (which I’ve had issues with other shops in the past). They were fast and efficient and did a very clean job.
