MK Express Towing

Trash towing, accepted request for tow from Allstate left me stranded 5 hours before having to reassign it to another tow company. Wouldn't answer calls or messages, kept taking other jobs after stating on their way. Hopefully they lose their contract.

Extremely horrible service! This company chose to pick a vehicle that was in a car accident without the proper truck. I waited 4 hours for them to come and for them to tell me there was nothing they could do to help, offered no other solutions to help, and instead told me to contact my insurance company and to start all over again. Very rude and unprofessional employees. Very unprofessional employees. The company is quick to pick up a contract but has absolutely no business accepting calls that they are not equipped to handle. Every other company I have used has always called before accepting to ensure they have the appropriate equipment. Instead I waited over 4 hours in the heat for a tow truck to come out that was not equipped to pick up my car and they refused to help resolve the issue. I had no choice but to start the process all over again. Which sure enough the new company called well before coming to ensure the right truck was sent and came within an hour. That is the type of service I should have been offered in the first place. The driver was especially unprofessional and when I asked for his supervisors information he refused to provide it. Do NOT use this company.

They never showed up as promised for transportation of my vehicle that was involved in an accident. No correspondence after confirming an appointment. I was ghosted and they never returned my call. I wouldn't recommend them, stay away from this business

The customer service over the phone was exceptionally professional, and their response time was quick. It is evident that they prioritize their customers and strive to make the process effortless.

The driver was professional, polite, and made sure my vehicle was handled with care. Booked and was given an ETA but did not show up. After 10 min past their latest eta, I called and it rang then ti voicemail. Called 2 more times in the next hour after. No one ever picked up. No one there ever contacted me to let me know when they'd be there. Went with Sun City Towing instead.

Had nightmare dealing with this company. Kept getting jerked around on two separate days by them. Had cancel one day because the eta got pushed out past the time. Called several times and got voicemail. Left two messages and no returned call. Put in tow request thru my insurance next day and of course get this joke of a company again... Same situation played out on no contact, ETA, being bumped constantly and even my insurance company couldnt get ahold of anyone to get ETA. Canceled again and got a way better company out 15 minutes later. Anybody using Mk Express, be prepared to wait way beyond and not even for sure they will even show up.

I put in a request through my insurance at 12pm it is now 3pm and I’m still waiting to receive a call back or a text back. The communication this company has is not the best and the time to get to you is horrible. I will recommend for everyone to go to another company and save your time before it is wasted.

Had an issue and wanted a tow and they came on time and did the job done. Highly recommended.
