Extremely horrible service! This company chose to pick a vehicle that was in a car accident without the proper truck. I waited 4 hours for them to come and for them to tell me there was nothing they could do to help, offered no other solutions to help, and instead told me to contact my insurance company and to start all over again. Very rude and unprofessional employees. Very unprofessional employees. The company is quick to pick up a contract but has absolutely no business accepting calls that they are not equipped to handle. Every other company I have used has always called before accepting to ensure they have the appropriate equipment. Instead I waited over 4 hours in the heat for a tow truck to come out that was not equipped to pick up my car and they refused to help resolve the issue. I had no choice but to start the process all over again. Which sure enough the new company called well before coming to ensure the right truck was sent and came within an hour. That is the type of service I should have been offered in the first place. The driver was especially unprofessional and when I asked for his supervisors information he refused to provide it. Do NOT use this company.

I employed MK express for the transportation of my vehicle, and I must say they exhibit a high level of professionalism and reliability. The customer service over the phone was exceptionally professional, and their response time was quick. It is evident that they prioritize their customers and strive to make the process effortless.
