Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa

Cameron was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Haircuts are very rare for me, as I grow my hair out for years at a time without trims, so it’s always a big deal for me to get a haircut. Mitchell’s has been great for my last 2 haircuts. I have had generally bad experiences with haircuts in the past, so this is refreshing. I had over a foot and a half cut the first time and over one foot this time. She did very well, and was able to distract me with conversation so I wasn’t nervous. I didn’t have an idea of exactly what I wanted the cut to look like, I just told her what I wanted(ready to go with no styling, but still able to pull bad or into a bun) and she did a great job talking me through what she recommended. I will definitely keep coming back to Mitchell’s, and I’ll be asking for her as well.

I had a massage with Airic and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! He was completely professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my entire visit. He was able to relieve pain that I’ve felt for years! I will absolutely be booking with him again. I am beyond grateful for his help and can’t wait to come back for another massage!

Every time I come here, I feel so amazing. I had my facial done by Lexie and she was amazing. She addressed my skin concerns, communicated any impact to cost the treatment would have (she recommended a slightly different facial that my skin def needed). I’ve also been massaged here by Rose (I think that was her name), and it was 10/10. I will be coming back again for sure.

Bree does a wonderful job keeping my nails looking their best. The pedicures are so relaxing, they are top notch foot care. Carrie did a beautiful job on my eyebrows, I highly recommend her for microblading.

If I could give 100 stars for Amber I would! She is absolutely amazing. My skin always looks and feels its best after my services. I cannot say enough on how awesome she is!

You need to see Savannah for all your skincare needs! :) I cannot emphasize enough how amazing she is. I had a very disappointing experience at my appointment with Poppy today. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but after checking in I waited approximately 15 minutes or more before being taken back. Once we started, I asked whether she had reviewed any notes from my previous haircut. She told me there were no notes, which was surprising since my last stylist clearly had them. Because of this, I had to re-explain and show what I wanted, which already put the appointment behind. The haircut itself felt extremely rushed. The sides were not faded as requested, and I was never shown the back of my head. At one point she mentioned my hair was too long, applied product, and then continued cutting with product still in my hair, which felt unprofessional. Toward the end, she asked if I wanted more product, as if the haircut was finished, even though no shampoo or wash had been done. I had to ask about it myself, which I have never experienced before. Overall, the entire service felt rushed and incomplete. The haircut lasted about 20 minutes, and the final result was not what I asked for — the sides were not faded properly and the top was not styled the way I requested. At the end of the appointment, I asked if she could use a beeswax hair gel. She said she did not know what that was and told me she only had the product she had already used. That product felt greasy to me, so I declined. I ultimately left with my hair not cut the way I wanted and not styled at all. I was very disappointed with the experience.

I booked an appointment online at the Westchester location, entered all my information, and even provided my credit card. When I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. I was told that “sometimes when you book online you have to redo it,” which was extremely disappointing—especially for a company with multiple locations and a reputation for being a well-established spa. This was my first time booking with them, so I had no way of knowing that their online system isn’t reliable. What made the experience more frustrating was that I didn’t feel they made a real effort to resolve the situation or make things right. Only after a few minutes did someone offer to book me for the next day, but there was no sense of urgency or genuine care for the client experience. I can’t speak to the quality of their actual spa services, but the customer service at this location left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from returning to the Westchester location.

I have been receiving deep tissue massages at Mitchell’s for the past year. The staff is very considerate and helpful, the facility is always clean and inviting, and the massage staff is extremely well trained and lovely to work with. I have noticed a definite improvement in my body mechanics and recovery after workouts. I really appreciate having this service available at the West Chester location! Thanks Mitchell’s!
