Molly absolutely killed it! I love how creative she is and she is very personable as well. My time in the chair was very enjoyable! She took all my inspiration pics and gave mean even better outcome than I could have imagined!

Mitchell’s Day Spa & Salon delivered the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Truly exceptional from start to finish. India and Britney were both incredible—attentive, skilled, and genuinely thoughtful in their approach. The service was meticulous, relaxing, and executed at a level that’s hard to find. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. An outstanding experience all around and absolutely worth returning for.

I’ve been working with Jamie for years and he is an amazing massage therapist. Very talented and skilled at understanding how to relieve pain and tension, and simply help people feel better. I’ve recommended him to my friends and anyone who has a chance to schedule with him sings his praises.

I received An amazing massage from Joel! Joel was an excellent communicator and really made sure I was Comfortable which I greatly Appreciated. He gave me a good consultation and did a thorough job. Definitely come see him!

I popped in on Halloween to get a massage, pedicure, and manicure. Isaiah gave me one of the best massages I have had in years, and Bianca did my nails (hands and toes!) so well that they are absolutely perfect. Can't wait to make my next appointment!

The salon director, Charley provided terrible customer service. She was very dismissive and disinterested during the entire process. She was late to take us back for the appointment and no apology was given. She was not engaged and barely took the time to look at the pictures my daughter provided as samples. Myself and my daughter were very disappointed and displeased with the whole experience overall. And after leaving feedback on their site I have not received any feedback on their end.

Started coming here since Pump closed, and while I do mourn the loss of a 25-year institution, I'm very glad that Mitchell's is here. It's a clean, modern aesthetic. They carry a very wide range of products, including everything from Bumble & Bumble, and at very reasonable prices. Employees are all incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out. Highly recommend Jessica Layton, she's absolutely fantastic.

First time visiting the Hyde Park location, and i will definitely be back. I received an excellent mani/pedi from Technician -Bianca. She was so precise and detailed with each step. My fingers and toes look phenomenal, and I am so pleased.

It was a wonderful way to usher in my birthday which is Tuesday. I’ll definitely be back. I highly recommend Joel for massage, Grace for facials and Olivia for manicure and pedicure. They are amazing young professionals.

Love this salon. I drive out of my way to go there. Christy has been doing my hair for 15 years, it always looks great! Friendly staff and the location is always clean.
