I called Mitchell on a Tuesday to set up an appointment to replace my windshield wiper pump on my Chevrolet Silverado. He came out the next day at the scheduled time and replaced the pump in a couple of hours at a very reasonable rate. I was very please with his workmanship and prompt service. I will definitely not hesitate to use Mitchell Automotive again for any repairs on my vehicles.

Mitchell is amazing!! My fiancé is friends with him and has talked about him for a while. I needed my axels replaced on my Honda Civic and when my fiancé got a hold of him, Mitchell called me within a few hours, was super friendly on the phone, and walked me through all the options in a friendly and informative manner. We set up an appointment for the very next day, and he came right over. He's very communicative in his arrival time as well. I sat out on the driveway with him and my dog doing some work and we made friendly conversation. He was efficient and got it done in about 1.5 hours. It was such a convenience to have him come to my house rather than sit in an awkward waiting room with people you don't wanna talk to. He rate was cheaper than what I was quoted for at GoodYear too! Highly recommend his mechanic services!!

Called him on my lunch break to fix my gear shift bushing. He came out of his way to my house after work and got it fixed in under an hour! GREAT customer service and is a super kind guy! 10/10 recommend!

Mitchel is excellent at what he does and communicates very well! Very nice man! Yall! I can't believe this man's level of service!! Not only did he COMPLETELY REPLACE my starter in just a few hours (which is really buried in my car), but he was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very up for friendly conversation and able to answer any questions I had about my car. 11/10 highly recommend! He knows what he's doing.
