I’m writing this review because Mission City Wireless truly deserves recognition for their work. I had a serious laptop issue where the system was not functioning properly, and before coming here, I visited multiple repair shops. Most places either guessed the problem, quoted very high prices, or told me the repair would take a long time with no clear explanation. At Mission City Wireless, the difference was obvious. They performed proper diagnostics, checked the power, internal connections, and board-level components, and clearly explained what was wrong instead of giving vague answers. They showed real technical knowledge, not trial-and-error repair. The repair was done professionally and efficiently, and my laptop was fixed in a short time compared to what other shops promised. On top of that, the cost was much lower, with no hidden charges. My laptop is now running stable, smooth, and problem-free. What I really appreciate is their honesty and skill. They don’t replace unnecessary parts, they don’t overcharge, and they respect the customer’s time. You can tell they understand electronics, board-level repair, and proper troubleshooting, not just basic fixes. I got my Galaxy S22 Ultra screen replaced at Mission City Wireless, and honestly, they're the best in town! The price was much cheaper than anywhere else I checked. They took the time to explain all the different screen quality options - original, OEM, and aftermarket - and helped me choose what worked best for my budget. I decided to go with the aftermarket screen, and even with that option, they still gave me a 60-day warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence. The most impressive part is that they changed the screen in just 15-20 minutes, super quick and professional. It's been a week now, and the phone is working perfectly with no issues at all. The display looks great, touch is smooth, and everything feels just like new. I highly recommend Mission City Wireless for any phone repair - fast, honest, and great prices!

Went in to get my phone screen replaced. The guy quoted me $120 total (tax included) and confirmed that cash was fine. After fixing it, he offered a screen protector for $10, which I agreed to. When I went to pay, he suddenly said $150… actually $160… no, $150, like he was just making up a price on the spot. I reminded him he told me $120, but he looked at me like I was crazy. Even with the protector, it should’ve only been $130, not $150. At that point the job was done — I couldn’t exactly ask him to put my broken screen back on — so I paid and left. The repair works, but the way they changed the price after the repair was finished felt like a bait-and-switch and completely untrustworthy. Be careful — get the quote in writing or expect to be overcharged.

They were super helpful with me, I brought in my laptop and my cellular phone because I could not get any of the emails synced. They worked on things for about half an hour, the staff is fantastic!

Broke the screen on my phone and I use it for work so I was in a bind. I called in to Mission city wireless and they got me in ASAP. I called 5 other stores and the price was attractive in comparison. Great value and service thank you!

I’ve traded my Motorola for a Samsung, I thought it would be fine, but the facial recognition and fingerprint sensor doesn’t work and the screen was flickery. I tried to make calls on it but it doesn’t read my SIM card. Thankfully dad just has old phone he doesn’t use anymore. I phoned them and tried to get a refund on the Samsung and they hung up on me.
