I usually don’t write long reviews, but my experience at Mission City Wireless was so incredible that it deserves every single word. My iPhone 16 Pro Max was in terrible condition — the entire back glass was shattered, and on top of that, the phone kept restarting every 3–4 minutes. It was basically unusable. I first went to Apple hoping they could fix it quickly, but they told me the repair would take 2–3 weeks and cost around $600. I left feeling disappointed and stressed because I needed my phone for everyday life and couldn’t be without it for weeks. A friend recommended Mission City Wireless, so I decided to check them out. Honestly, it turned out to be the best recommendation I’ve ever received. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The technician carefully inspected my phone and explained in detail what was causing the restarting issue. He broke everything down in a way I could understand and didn’t rush through anything. He also recommended using OEM parts to make sure my phone would function like new again. Then he told me something that shocked me: He could fix everything — the shattered back and the restarting problem — in just 2 hours. And he actually did it. Two hours later, my phone looked brand new. The back was perfectly replaced, the restarting issue was completely gone, and everything worked smoothly. It has now been a week since the repair, and my iPhone 16 Pro Max has been functioning flawlessly. No more restarting, no issues, nothing but smooth performance. I got my Galaxy S22 Ultra screen replaced at Mission City Wireless, and honestly, they're the best in town! The price was much cheaper than anywhere else I checked. They took the time to explain all the different screen quality options - original, OEM, and aftermarket - and helped me choose what worked best for my budget. I decided to go with the aftermarket screen, and even with that option, they still gave me a 60-day warranty, which gave me a lot of confidence. The most impressive part is that they changed the screen in just 15-20 minutes, super quick and professional. It's been a week now, and the phone is working perfectly with no issues at all. Went in to get my phone screen replaced. The guy quoted me $120 total (tax included) and confirmed that cash was fine. After fixing it, he offered a screen protector for $10, which I agreed to. When I went to pay, he suddenly said $150… actually $160… no, $150, like he was just making up a price on the spot. I reminded him he told me $120, but he looked at me like I was crazy. Even with the protector, it should’ve only been $130, not $150. At that point the job was done — I couldn’t exactly ask him to put my broken screen back on — so I paid and left. The repair works, but the way they changed the price after the repair was finished felt like a bait-and-switch and completely untrustworthy. Be careful — get the quote in writing or expect to be overcharged.

I’ve traded my Motorola for a Samsung, I thought it would be fine, but the facial recognition and fingerprint sensor doesn’t work and the screen was flickery. I tried to make calls on it but it doesn’t read my SIM card. Thankfully dad just has old phone he doesn’t use anymore. I phoned them and tried to get a refund on the Samsung and they hung up on me.
