We have multiple cleanings a year with high demand turn around times when guests leave and arrive on the same day. We couldn’t run our rental without Albert and his team! Miss Buckets does a fantastic job. I've been using Albert's cleaning service for 2 years. Extremely dependable, honest and just a great guy. I live 300 miles away and anytime I need him to let contractors in or put furniture up or winterize my condo I know that I can depend on him. I chose this company based on all the positive reviews, thinking it would be a reliable choice for a deep clean. I couldn’t have been more wrong. First of all, the cleaners showed up late, which completely disrupted my entire day. On top of that, they came unprepared — they didn’t have all the supplies they needed and actually had to leave during the appointment. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to lock themselves out of my house while I was over an hour away at work. I had to rush back home, completely rearranging my workday, just to let them back in. By the time I got there, they had only spent about 20 minutes cleaning the floors — and even that was done horribly. I was still working and unable to do a full walk-through until a couple of hours later. When I did, I was shocked: this was not a deep clean, not even a basic clean. The fridge was untouched. None of the floors were properly cleaned. There was dust everywhere. The shower was still dirty. It was like they hadn’t done anything at all. I sent multiple photos to the owner to show the poor quality of the job, expecting at least a professional response. Instead, I was met with an argument. The owner was extremely rude, spoke over me constantly, and flat-out refused to fix anything. I had already paid, so I was completely ripped off. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. The good reviews clearly do not reflect the service I received. This wasn’t just a bad deep clean — it wasn’t a clean at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any cleaning service. Updated after the company’s response: I’ve added a screenshot of the text messages. They know who I am and that they didn’t complete the job — completely dishonest business. When I called the owner to resolve it, he argued, spoke over me, and refused to fix the issue or provide a refund. I even gave him a few days to follow up, but he never did. I would not trust this company. Not only did they lose my personal business, but as a real estate professional, they’ve lost many potential referrals as well.

Miss Buckets does an excellent job of communicating, arriving on time, and leaving the house sparkling clean. We have been very happy with their service.

Messaged to get information on cleaning. I presented a list of my expectations and agreed that standard clean was perfect for me. Set the appt for today. The reason we went through a service is because we’ve had two cleaning ladies who don’t show up on time or not show up at all. I wanted dependability. Got a message last night that the lady assigned to clean my house had car trouble. So I say is someone else coming then? She states we live too far out and no one else was willing to drive out to clean for me. I cancelled my appt because this is obviously not what we were expecting. The person texting with me got ugly with me and I was extremely polite and thanked her for her time but she just kept messaging me about how I was “taking it out on them”.literally she equated this girls car trouble to a death in the family. Just so dramatic and very unprofessional.

10 out of 10 would recommend! Michelle with Miss Buckets arrived on time! She performed a move-out clean for us. She was there 5 hours and not one spot was left unclean. Michelle did an excellent job. $325 was well spent.

Miss Buckets did a great job getting a house cleaned up. Totally top to bottem Spring cleaning! There were some challenges but they stuck to the job to get it completed! We will definitely use them again. Very reliable service company. Thanks for all your help.
