I second all of these 5 star reviews! Mishka was the perfect planner for our wedding at Star Meadows Ranch, MT. After the very first conversation with Mishka, we new she was the coordinator for us. Her chill, relaxing energy was a perfect match for us...and our event. Also, Mishka has many positive relationships with vendors in our neck of the Montana woods, and a very strong relationship with our venue. My husband and I were clueless going into the wedding planning process, and also have a new baby. Mishka was there with us every step of the way...VERY PATIENTLY guiding us to the perfect big day. She was so easy to communicate with. Mishka new just the right questions to ask and was very clear in her recommendations. Her recommendations matched our vibe and style. It was like she could read our minds! And she put together beautiful charcuterie cups on our day, on top of everything else that she was coordinating. Everything came together seamlessly and seemingly effortlessly. Although I know hard work went into making things gorgeous and relaxed. Even with us running late with our teething 5 month old, I felt calm and at ease as the ceremony began. Mishka's relaxed, yet extremely efficient, way of getting things done was the perfect match for us and our dream wedding. Thank you, Mishka! You are truly the best!

Mishka brought the Todos Santos wedding of my dreams to life!!! Working with Mishka was nothing short of AMAZING. From the start on our first zoom call we knew she was the planner we wanted to hire due to her up front, resourceful and transparent spirit. She went above and beyond from the very beginning creating clear and comprehensive proposals for BOTH venues we were considering. Mishka really LISTENED to what we wanted and helped us navigate the planning process while respecting our budget and helping us get creative to get all we could want and MORE with the budget we had in mind. She negotiated with local vendors (she has MANY great friendships and relationships in the area which is a bonus!), tracked down new vendors based on what we were looking for, read through all of our contracts and offered expert suggestions, and even hand crafted and resourced items into her own inventory that elevated our vision! Throughout the entire planing process communication with Mishka was A+ as she was always available for a WhatsApp chat, or zoom call. Communication was so amazing that going into the wedding week we had ZERO concerns that we were about to get married at a venue we had never physically walked through and with a planner we had never met in person! Mishka felt like much more than just a planner but a confidant, and friend. Many brides had warned me about the stresses of wedding planning, and cumbersome issues with wedding planners and I am in awe that we really had not one! Once the wedding week arrived the execution of the events went off without a HITCH and turned out truly better than I could ever have imagined. Mishka and her team handled all communication with vendors and even helped assist the coordination of many our guests getting to and fro. Everything was so dialed in by the week of the wedding that thanks to Mishka, my husband and I (and my whole family!) were truly able to let go, be in the present and soak in all the joy and excitement. Mishka even showed up to the wedding day with a hand crafted thoughtful surprise for my husband and I. She really listens to her clients, learns their hearts, stories, dreams, and does a wonderful job translating it into one big epic event!! One month later my guests are still talking about the weekend and sharing how it was truly the most magical and unforgettable wedding they had ever attended. Todos Santos has been a special place in our hearts for some time and I am so incredibly grateful we found Mishka to partner with in flawlessly executing this dream!! Mishka was incredible from start to finish. During our initial consultation Mishka got started right away asking questions to get an idea of our wedding vision. This helped us get a better understanding of the entire wedding planning process and expectations. Mishka gave great recommendations of vendors, many of which she had worked with before. She worked tirelessly with all the vendors to get multiple quotes, tastings, consultations and options for us to choose from. Her knowledge of the town and being a local helped keep our wedding authentic, intimate and the vibe we were looking for. Mishka is so much more than a wedding planner. If you’re looking for an authentic, unique wedding made just for you, please reach out to Mishka! She is a true partner, collaborator, and friend. She stuck by us for nearly three years as we tried to have a wedding that was originally disrupted by Covid, but even before then I knew she was right for us. She was the only planner I spoke to on the phone who respected our budget, told us we can have a wedding in Todos Santos however we wanted to do it (and for how much, too) but also told us exactly what we’d get and what was realistic. It was that and her dedication to using local Todos Santos vendors that sealed the deal - a lot seems to be sourced out of Cabo these days. Todos Santos is becoming trendier by the minute, but we caught it when we could see its local, small town roots and wanted to honor that. Long story short, Mishka finally helped us put on the wedding of our dreams in February 2022 (originally scheduled for June 2020) and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, intimate, personalized event. From our many zoom calls from far away to being in the thick of it, Mishka had our backs. Here are a few final reasons we love Mishka: - If you’re looking for an endlessly positive planner to keep you relaxed because SHE is never stressed, choose Mishka! She balanced my type A tendencies with such a cool and collected and never rushed or worried disposition. - She worked with us so beautifully on our design in order to get it in budget from her initial proposal. Mishka made all of our wedding dreams come true. She was extremely familiar with local vendors, our venue, and all things Todos Santos/Baja California. Not to mention she’s just a genuinely kind soul which made the wedding planning experience that much better. 10/10 would recommend her to any couple getting getting married in this area!

Mishka went above and beyond to make sure our wedding in Todos Santos was perfect, despite the craziness of pushing everything back a year with the pandemic. She suggested an amazing private location, food and bartenders, plus all the details like rentals and design. We cannot recommend Mishka enough as an Indian/Western wedding planner in the Mexico area. We live in the States, and after speaking with her about our vision for a mixed cultural wedding, we immediately knew she was the right fit. Mishka made our wedding experience so special. We planned throughout the pandemic and she helped put together an entire week of wedding events, including a welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and post-wedding brunch. We chose beautiful Todos Santos to get married and Mishka's roots in the community gave us insider information on the best places to eat, the best vendors to work with, and where our money would be best spent vs. where we might be able to save. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch! The decorations she put together were beautiful, just like the Pinterest boards we worked on together. Our transportation, hair & makeup, food, music - everything - was perfect. Mishka made wedding planning and the actual event of getting married so simple and enjoyable. I had zero stress during our time in Todos Santos knowing Mishka had everything under control. I can't recommend her enough - she is wonderful!

Mishka was the best design partner and planner we could have asked for. She listened to exactly what we wanted for our special weekend and executed the most magical day. Ahead of time, she kept us in the loop as we had deadlines and found solutions for every request. She sourced and designed unique flowers and decorations, built a custom arbor structure for our dinner, sourced a white vintage car, and built relationships ahead of time with our chef, bartender, photographers, and musicians. We especially appreciated her network of local artisans, ability to collaborate within the constraints of our event space, and her design taste.
