I second all of these 5 star reviews! Mishka was the perfect planner for our wedding at Star Meadows Ranch, MT. After the very first conversation with Mishka, we new she was the coordinator for us. Her chill, relaxing energy was a perfect match for us...and our event. Also, Mishka has many positive relationships with vendors in our neck of the Montana woods, and a very strong relationship with our venue. My husband and I were clueless going into the wedding planning process, and also have a new baby. Mishka was there with us every step of the way...VERY PATIENTLY guiding us to the perfect big day. She was so easy to communicate with. Mishka new just the right questions to ask and was very clear in her recommendations. Her recommendations matched our vibe and style. It was like she could read our minds! And she put together beautiful charcuterie cups on our day, on top of everything else that she was coordinating. Everything came together seamlessly and seemingly effortlessly. Although I know hard work went into making things gorgeous and relaxed. Even with us running late with our teething 5 month old, I felt calm and at ease as the ceremony began. Mishka's relaxed, yet extremely efficient, way of getting things done was the perfect match for us and our dream wedding. Thank you, Mishka! You are truly the best!

Mishka brought the Todos Santos wedding of my dreams to life!!! Working with Mishka was nothing short of AMAZING. From the start on our first zoom call we knew she was the planner we wanted to hire due to her up front, resourceful and transparent spirit. She went above and beyond from the very beginning creating clear and comprehensive proposals for BOTH venues we were considering. Mishka really LISTENED to what we wanted and helped us navigate the planning process while respecting our budget and helping us get creative to get all we could want and MORE with the budget we had in mind. She negotiated with local vendors (she has MANY great friendships and relationships in the area which is a bonus!), tracked down new vendors based on what we were looking for, read through all of our contracts and offered expert suggestions, and even hand crafted and resourced items into her own inventory that elevated our vision! Throughout the entire planing process communication with Mishka was A+ as she was always available for a WhatsApp chat, or zoom call. Communication was so amazing that going into the wedding week we had ZERO concerns that we were about to get married at a venue we had never physically walked through and with a planner we had never met in person! Mishka felt like much more than just a planner but a confidant, and friend. Many brides had warned me about the stresses of wedding planning, and cumbersome issues with wedding planners and I am in awe that we really had not one! Once the wedding week arrived the execution of the events went off without a HITCH and turned out truly better than I could ever have imagined. Mishka and her team handled all communication with vendors and even helped assist the coordination of many our guests getting to and fro. Everything was so dialed in by the week of the wedding that thanks to Mishka, my husband and I (and my whole family!) were truly able to let go, be in the present and soak in all the joy and excitement. Mishka even showed up to the wedding day with a hand crafted thoughtful surprise for my husband and I. She really listens to her clients, learns their hearts, stories, dreams, and does a wonderful job translating it into one big epic event!! One month later my guests are still talking about the weekend and sharing how it was truly the most magical and unforgettable wedding they had ever attended. Todos Santos has been a special place in our hearts for some time and I am so incredibly grateful we found Mishka to partner with in flawlessly executing this dream!!
